Had a wonderful 4days Turkmenistan trip. From the start, communication was smooth and prompt on planning and issuance of LoI. Our guide Eziz did a great job in making our journey enjoyable. He met and sent us at/to 2 border checkpoints, ensuring we had hassle-free crossing. Our few drivers too were good in ensuring our drives are safe. Kudos to their effort to help us hunt for souvenirs. Directors and members of the company met us at a few locations in Ashgabat, namely at the hippodrome and for lunch/dinner which makes the trip more personalised. Such friendly people make us feel their passion and dedication in this tour company. When there's extra time, we were drove around the city for more views. Overall, this itinerary was well-planned, to cover the nature, the city and the history. I would highly recommend.

I traveled in Turkmenistan for four days with Azat, and from the very beginning he customised the entire itinerary based on my personal interests in UNESCO World Heritage sites connected to ancient civilizations and the Silk Road, including Kunya-Urgench and Merv. As I am a light sleeper and cannot rest well on overnight trains, Azat arranged a domestic flight and a comfortable hotel for my first night in Turkmenistan, which was extremely considerate. Throughout the trip, Azat treated us more like friends than clients. He even invited us into local homes, where we tried traditional Turkmen clothing and took many memorable photos. Azat and his team also made it possible for us to explore the local bazaar in Mary, which was a special experience that helped us understand local culture and everyday life. For me, the meaning of travel is not consumption but developing an open mind and showing respect for different cultures. With Azat’s professional assistance, I truly found the real meaning of travel during my four days in Turkmenistan.
