Itinerario

Great tour to see two of Belfasts top attractions in one day. We were on a cruise ship and had a tight schedule, but our guide did a great job of keeping on schedule and getting us back to the ship on time.
It's a long way to the Causeway, which was interesting, but not a must see. The Titanic museum is very well done.
Great trip with very knowledgable and humorous guide. Nothing was too much trouble and his commentary out of this world. Trip was very good and Giants Causeway impressive. Some good stops and finished with Titanic Experience. Picked up and finished at Port
The sights were great to see. We wanted a Giants causeway and Titanic and this fit the bill. Had time to get lunch at the causeway. Saw dark hedges, cool tree lane. Didn't like the guide, Justin . Made unfunny outdated American political jokes. Way too many. 2 people laughed, he kept going. Nobody needs that on a tour. And too much of his own politics. Driver shared some of his perspective and I appreciated his view.
When in Belfast you have to do these two things! Make sure you wear shoes that you will be comfortable climbing rocks because you won’t be able to help yourself. The Titanic museum was something that you had to see but we went through fast, grabbed a book and then, on our guides suggestion went into the Titanic Hotel bar for a Guinness. Beautiful!
The overall tour itinerary was very good and hit several places we wanted to visit. Time at the sites was sufficient to get a good overview. It is a long day but well worth it. I marked this as less since our tour guide Justin seemed to enjoy getting the passengers a bit agitated. He had a sense of humor that initially was fun but as the day wore on his political jokes about the USA and Canada decreased our enjoyment of the trip. Especially with passengers from both countries onboard.
Great tour featuring Giants Causeway and Titanic museum as well as several stops for pictures along the Antrim coast. Beautiful ride through the countryside. Easy to find coach off the ship.
This was a disastrous day from the start. I also contacted the company privately and they did not respond so customer service is lacking. Here are the highlights: 1. You should not print a time on the Viator ticket if that is not the correct time. I received an email prior to the tour date with the correct time but several people did not check their emails and were not on time and we departed late. 2. You should not advertise the Dark Hedges if we cannot go to the Dark Hedges. The tour guide clearly did not want to stop there when he asked "will anyone be offended if we do not stop at the Dark Hedges" at the start of the tour. My party DID want to stop so we negotiated a quick stop which turned into a drive by so I could take a picture from a moving bus. 3. We had about an hour at the Titanic museum at the end of the day which was not enough time to appreciate the museum. Time here was cut short for a stop at city hall in Belfast which I don't understand, especially since Belfast city break was listed as time permitting. 4. Giant's Causeway is worth a visit but most of the free time is spent waiting for a round trip shuttle bus from the visitor center, which we did NOT have admission to. 5. Don't get me started on the rope bridge. Did I see it - yes? Did I need binoculars to see it - YES! Waste of a stop. 6. There is not enough time to do all of the things listed on this tour. We were rushed and barely had time for bathroom breaks. 7. I was aware food was not included but was not aware that we would not have any free time to buy lunch. This should be made clearer when booking. We stopped at a grocery store for snacks but would have prepared better if I would have known there were no additional food options. If I had this to do again I would have hired a private guide and created my own itinerary. A very disappointing day!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. The only thing I would change is giving us more time in the Titanic museum (probably closer to 2 hours than 90 minutes), as it was very interactive and had a lot of information. It was difficult to get through the whole thing in 90 minutes (or rather 75 once we were actually able to enter).
Hi Thanks for the review and we will take your comments on board. Bear in mind with cruise excursions we would like to have you back on the ship before your departure so sometimes we have to cut times in places. Regards Finn McCools
Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. I would recommend the experience.
