We had such a great experience on the walking ghost tour in Key West, with Rich! He was incredibly detailed when explaining the history behind each location and the stories of the reported ghost activity and reasons connected to the area. I was very disappointed in this Ghost Tour. We have taken many Ghost Tours in various cities including one in Key West several years ago. The guides are almost always actors or people with a dramatic flair about them. Our guide this time was stationed in the Navy nearby. His story telling ability was greatly lacking with no dramatic flair. The stories were too long and told in a monotonous tone. He also talked a lot while walking backwards where only the people at the front of the group could hear him. Also when he was a telling a story, he paced back and forth. Very distracting. We left the tour about halfway through.
