The gelato class was sooooo much fun and Francesca was phenomenal!!! The flavors of the gelato were delicious and we loved making the waffles!!
We LOVED this cooking class! We will be coming back in the future for other cooking classes but the gelato one was so fun! The staff is all very nice, friendly and attentive.
Awesome time making authentic gelato and waffle cones from scratch. Gelato making was easy to understand and duplicate in my own kitchen. This was exactly why we chose this tour. Francesca and Maria were super sweet and very knowledgeable teachers. I highly recommend this tour. With the recipe we received by email we’re ask set!
So much fun, the ladies were so sweet and so accommodating to our dairy allergy in the group. We had a great time and the gelato was wonderful!
Francesca welcomed us warmly into a purpose built, super clean and professional cooking class facility. Although the three of us had the class to ourselves, there was room, including seating for more than 20 guests. My daughter and I were there with my 5 year old granddaughter. Francesca was so good with her, explaining everything we were doing and helping her understand the necessary safety rules to her. We made our own gelato having been given a choice of flavours and then made waffle baskets to to serve up our delicious ice creams. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and made a wonderful memory for us.
This was such an amazing experience! I booked this for my Dads birthday since he loves to make his own ice cream at home and we had such a great time. We made our own gelato flavours and waffle cones and learned the best method that we can now reproduce at home.
Exceptional experience! I never thought I could make this kind of gelato!! Delizioso !! You will never buy ice cream ever again after this class.
We had a fantastic time making gelato and pizza on our last day in Rome. The instructions were clear and easy to follow—and the results were delicious! Looking forward to making some more at home.

All we can say is amazing! Francesca and Michela were wonderful! From the minute we walked in they were so welcoming! Our daughter is and aspiring chef and loved every moment and we did as well! What a great off the beaten path adventure in Rome! We recommend it to everyone!
