Por favor espere en el lugar de recogida indicado 10 minutos antes de la hora de inicio programada del tour. Simplemente proporcione la dirección exacta y vendremos por usted en el lugar correcto. My husband and I booked this tour as a way to see Gdansk quickly during a short 24 hour visit. The tour was excellent! Our guide collected us promptly from our hotel and returned us there at the end of our tour. He was really knowledgeable and gave us a great insight into the history of the city. Personable and friendly. Would highly recommend. ( Tour manager : Sadly cannot recall our guide's name - but we were the 6pm booking from the Radisson on Monday 13th July. Guide was fantastic!)

Overall, this was a very unusual experience from beginning to end. I entered the address where I was staying as my pickup location, but I received a call asking if I had reached the pickup point because the company believed I hadn't provided one. When I arrived, I discovered I was the only guest booked for that time slot, and two employees discussed in front of me who “had” to take the tour. During the tour, the guide often stopped mid-story without finishing his explanations and spent a noticeable amount of time on his phone. While I appreciate that I was still able to take the tour, the overall experience felt somewhat disorganized and didn't meet my expectations. I wouldn’t book it again and don’t think it’s worth the price.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we are also sorry that you had travelled alone. We would like to clarify one important point: our booking records clearly show that no pickup address was provided with your reservation, and we have documentation confirming this. For this reason, our team contacted you to arrange a meeting point and ensure you could still join the tour. The meeting point was just a 2-minute walking distance from where you were. We would also like to explain that you were the only guest booked in your language for that particular time slot. To provide you with the best possible experience, we offered the option of joining another group at a different time. However, you preferred to keep your original booking time, which we fully respected. The conversation you overheard between our staff was about finding the best solution for you and ensuring you had the best experience possible, not about whether someone "had" to conduct the tour. We apologize if this discussion created the wrong impression. Although you were the only guest, we were happy to operate the tour rather than cancel it. On different occasions, we have experienced a similar situation where, out of 11 available starting times, a traveler selects the only time slot in which the existing bookings are in other languages. Even in these cases, we still operate the tour, and in most instances our guests appreciate that the experience effectively becomes a private tour. We also take your comments about the guide's performance seriously and will review them internally, as providing engaging and attentive service is very important to us. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
We covered a lot of ground, moving through what seemed like the entire city. Our driver/guide, Noris C, was great! She was knowledgeable, personable, and eager to answer any and all questions. She even gave us her card and encouraged us to call her during the rest of our stay if we had further questions. This was a good framework for the rest of our sightseeing in Gdansk. We certainly enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to any first time visitor to Gdansk.

This was a great way to see Gdansk!! Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and fun! We had my 96 year old mother with us and it was perfect for her to be able to see the city without doing a lot of walking!

Even though it was raining, our guide was very friendly and showed us lots of interesting things about Gdańsk. The golf buggy kept us nice and dry and we had quite a few laughs. We had considered taking a walking tour or a segway tour, but because of the rain, we chose this one, and we weren't disappointed. It turned out to be an excellent option.
