El puente del puerto de Auckland, que vigila el puerto de Waitemata, es una pieza crucial de infraestructura. El Harbour Bridge es el único puente que conecta la metrópoli del distrito central de negocios con North Shore y más allá con Northland.
La ubicación de Maungauika en la entrada del puerto de Waitematā lo convirtió en una importante defensa costera. Fueron los temores de una invasión rusa en la década de 1880 los que llevaron a la construcción de un fuerte y las tres baterías de cañones que desaparecieron salpicadas a lo largo del maunga (montaña). La Reserva Histórica Norht Head podría cambiarse a Kauri Tree Forrest en la sesión de la tarde.

La Catedral de la Santísima Trinidad es el único ejemplo arquitectónico del mundo de una catedral gótica del Pacífico. Puedes sentir una sensación de grandeza y belleza a la vez. También puede ver la Iglesia de Santa María, que está hecha casi exclusivamente de corazón Kauri, una madera nativa de Nueva Zelanda, y es una de las pocas iglesias de madera en el mundo construida en estilo gótico. En el tour de la tarde iremos al Winter Garden en lugar de a la Catedral de la Santísima Trinidad debido al horario de cierre.

This was a wonderful 4 hours hours experience, with tour guide transport pickup and drop off from my hotel. Everything about the tour was just perfect and the sites and stop point was just breath taking. New Zealand tour is the best and tour guide Seam Kim is a 5 star tour guide.

I enjoyed this tour because it took me outside the city center, and I was able to see sites I may not have normally seen on a local walking tour. Mount Eden with its views and the winter garden with its beautiful flowers were the highlights. Noble did a great job leading the tour. I would highly recommend this tour!

1st off, Sean was fantastic. Great guide, great driver. Got us to each destination safely. Gave us guided tours and info. about each site we were visiting. We have a fantastic Auckland half day tour with our Tour Guide, Sean Kim. I think we had managed to see the most important highlight of Auckland City. Obviously, Sean is very knowledgeable of the history and culture of New Zealand especially Māori peoples. He is very caring and communicate very well in English too. Sean was the tour guide. He was awesome communicated in advance to ensure i knew where the pick up would be. Have great detail and history as we went to each location. Knew where the best photo spots/ angles were and offered to take pics (solo traveler)when needed. Overall good experience, great tour guide.
