Time saver!

Great way to save time! This ticket allowed us to skip the line and go straight into the museum!

We loved the exhibit. But your service was non existent. The guide was 30 minutes late. He handed us a ticket , told us to wait in a line and then disappeared. No explanation of what to expect. It caused a lot of anxiety. Like I said, your service was worthless, or worse.

as promised

This was to access skip the line tickets. If you can purchase the tickets in advance from the official website, there’s no need to pay for this service. We weren’t able to, so this worked out for us. The rep we met (Denise) was very friendly and she helped us get in the correct line and handed us our tickets. That’s all that was included in the service and they delivered what they promised.

Get your own ticket, this is not a tour and time of day they sell this for you will not have a long wait.

This is not a tour, you basically meet someone and they bring you to line, give you a pfd and leave. We got to meet up at 10am, others were meeting guides. We got a call saying they were running late waited 15 min. We could have been in the q line at that time of morning and gotten in for a lot less money and had audio. The q was maybe a 15 min wait at 10am. This is not worth the money, definitely felt like a tourist that got taken advantage of.

Signage to locate the representative would greatly improve the experience

Purchasing tickets ahead to skip the line and to have someone direct us to the proper line was essential to avoiding the confusion of the lines which were a challenge to navigate. However, we had a very difficult time locating our contact person in the determined location. There was no sign, we were unable to reach her by phone or text. Once we did locate her she was very kind and helpful.

Quick entry was great!

Once we found our guide to give us the tickets and help us find the right line, this was great. It was difficult to find her, but once we did, she was. Dry pleasant and helpful.

Just don’t bother with a jump the queue with this company.

Absolute waste of money. Sure, we jumped in front of a few queuing people, but the lines were moving pretty quickly for all lines. The guidance from the booking confirmation stated that someone would be there, with a sign, to greet us and hand over the tickets, effectively sounding like we would be well taken care of. We arrived 15 minutes early, to chaos. I managed to find a self elected manager of all things queue wise, he told me our lady would be here, just wait. I went and found this guy again after waiting to the set meeting time, then our ‘hostess’ came out of nowhere, no sign nor id to be seen. This ‘greeting’ was a grunt to confirm our name, tickets which were timed half an hour before our booking time (so we could have been in the queue earlier), and told to go to a particular queue. Then she disappeared as quickly as she arrived. Once in the directed queue we stood, and stood, and stood. I don’t know about you, but my idea of purchasing a ‘jump the queue’ is just that. You pay quite a bit for a time slot and you enter at that time. Yep, not in this case - it was twenty minutes of waiting on top of the waiting to find our host - more than half an hour of your day at least. This is a shoddily run operation, seemingly money grabbing at its finest and I would not suggest that our hostess could be considered friendly in any way. Do not be misguided, this probably saved us ten minutes tops, on top of the general queue. While waiting we watched guided groups, whose hosts were very good, certainly friendly in appearance - I would suggest you spend money on this instead. Certainly wish I had. I dare say that I will not use this platform again.

Great experience, highly...

Great experience, highly recommend early tour if possible since it does get crowded. Florence Elite Tours staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks to them and the museum staff entry was quick and easy. Our guide was thorough and very knowledgeable. The way she intentionally stopped at certain works to build a story arc of art history leading up to David gave us a lot of insight that we would have missed if just visiting alone. Thank you Florence Elite Tours!
