Itinerario

Everything was poorly organized.. Broken and dirty plates.. food of terrible quality.. Dirty pool... Entertainment 0.... Unqualified, inexperienced and rude staff.. Offensive manager... To try to remedy or make up for all the problems.. He hoped and thought he could buy us with four glasses of wine!!! Offensive !!!!
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, we believe this review may have been posted on the wrong business page. We are a tour operator, not a hotel or restaurant, and we do not have a swimming pool, serve meals, or offer wine. Based on the details you mentioned, it seems your experience may have been with a different business. We completely understand that mistakes like this can happen. If this review was intended for another company, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update or repost it on the correct page. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best.
Great experience, the hot springs are very relaxing and the blue lagoon is very nice. The emerald pool if it's too full. Tiger temple is beautiful and a great experience but not recommended for people without fitness
Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend it. From the beginning to the end. Thank you for your professionalism
Very little information unfortunately. And what he told us was extremely difficult to understand. Would have really loved to have heard more about the temple, the area, the pools
The hot springs were great as we had private access only to share with one other group. The emerald pool was horrendous. Our guide had warned us it would be busy, but it was crazy busy and just not the beautiful natural waters we had been promised.
Many water points do not make very natural especially the one where you swim! The guide very smiling and available, ensures his follow-up, the driver coming although discreet. The temple is a good physical exercise rewarded by sight.
A little to much for one day, very little time each place. Beautiful destinations though, I would recommend taking either the pools or tiger temple in one day trip. Also feels a little silly, that there is an additional fee for entering the tiger tempel, since its under construction so you can't! It also wasnt possible to walk the mountain because of bad weather when arriving to the tiger temple, but that not the guides fault ofcourse, she recommended to go there early morning instead.
Thank you for your honest review! We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful destinations, though we understand it felt a bit rushed. Your suggestion to split the tour is helpful, and we apologize for the inconvenience with the additional fee at the Tiger Temple. We'll work to improve the schedule for a more relaxed experience. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts! 🌴😊
Really liked the lady tour guide in the taxi, but besides that it was just a taxi taking you to these places. There was no guide/tour, it was just visiting those places all by yourself. Also skip the hot springs. If you are from Europe I recommend going to Center Parks or Landal swimmingpool for an better experience
Dear Stay63203949219 Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We're glad you enjoyed the company of our guide, but we understand your disappointment regarding the lack of additional tour elements. We'll take your feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future customers. Regarding the hot springs, we acknowledge that preferences vary. We encourage potential customers to research the itinerary and destinations to ensure it aligns with their expectations. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to see you on another tour in the future!
Well organized and a nice trip! Were almost always the first at the individual stations, so it was not quite as crowded!
Dear x1y2z3b Thanks for joining our jungle tour, and it is good to leave early to avoid the crowds.
Crystal pool and hot springs were so crowded that we skipped it and just walk around. It just didn't feel nice to sit in a small hot spring with plenty of other people. Tiger temple was the last thing we visited. It was very hot day and we didn't have enough time to visit the temple, because it is very high on a mountain and the only way to get there is by stairs. So we missed that one. Beware of the monkeys who like to steal your stuff! But they were still very cute and fun to watch
Dear Liis Thanks for your valuable review. You did the tour in Feb 2020 during peak/high season with not only Western visitors but also many Thai people coming to Krabi this time. If you visit the Crystal Pool and Hot Springs now after Covid-19 pandemic, this is a totally different experience with much less tourists. The Tiger Cave Temple consists of different sites, the temple itself on the ground floor, the viewpoint on top of a mountain with approx. 1200 steps and some hidden caves in the forest (where the monks reside) which can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. Kind regards, Stef
