Situadas a sólo 130 km de Santiago, Valparaíso y Viña del Mar son ciudades turísticas muy cercanas, pero cada una con características únicas. Entre cerros y grafitis, Valparaíso es una ciudad portuaria y la capital legislativa del país. En 2003 fue declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Por otra parte, Viña del Mar es famosa por sus hermosas playas, su sofisticada arquitectura y sus coloridos jardines esparcidos por todos los rincones. Es uno de los balnearios más visitadas de Chile.

En esta histórica y cultural ciudad, observaremos lo imperdible: - Congreso Nacional - Cerro Alegre; donde apreciaremos las famosas escaleras de colores y grafitis tan característicos de este lugar (1 hora 40 minutos) - Plaza Sotomayor junto al Monumento a los Héroes de la Patria (10 minutos)

Good afternoon! I would like to congratulate Vic for having patience and addressing and removing all our doubts, for the punctuality of all drivers and guides. Thank you Carlito who took a walk from the sunsetno snowed valley was very careful and attentive. Guides Munik and Victor and driver Diego for the other 2 ski tours in el colorado.

The destinations of Viña del Mar and Valparaíso are beautiful and worth a visit. However, the experience with the guide left much to be desired. The guide had a little engaged posture during the tour and showed attention mainly to the passengers who accepted the suggestions of extra tours offered. To those who had no interest, the driving seemed more distant and less attentive. In the case of lunch, the group was directed to a restaurant with high prices, without clear alternatives being presented. I, on my own, chose to have lunch in a restaurant in front of the one indicated by the guide and had a much better experience: I spent less than 17,000 pesos for two people, including lunch, natural juice and coffee, which reinforces that there were more affordable and good quality options in the region. On the return, there was little guidance from the guide about the landing sites, which generated insecurity for those who do not know the region. In addition, there was an accident on the road involving the vehicle, which eventually made the experience even more uncomfortable. It is important to highlight that the problem was not the destination, which is excellent, but rather the conduct of the tour by the team. In contrast, on the Farellones tour, the experience was excellent in all respects, with attentive, organized and very communicative guide. Therefore, I believe that the agency has good professionals, but needs to improve consistency in the quality of guides, especially in Viña del Mar and Valparaíso.

The experience with the guide Alessandro Pires and the driver sr. Juan Carlos, was excellent for Viña del Mar and Valparaíso. With the guide Vitor and with Mr. Juan Sánchez to the Farellones park was very good. I also thank Silvaney for helping us with kindness and professionalism in the decision of the tours.
Alex was our guide and he is very attentive and a great guide. He can understand Portuguese well and tells the history of the locations. Super indicate the walk.
They were extremely punctual and the guide Alex is great, guided us to the vineyard too and explained many extra things about wine that did not tell us at the vineyard! He speaks and understands Portuguese very well. On the destination, it is worth knowing the art of the city, but maybe at another time because a lot was closed. Do not recommend if you have a few days for Santiago.
