Explora el famoso Valle de Colchagua, uno de los principales destinos vitivinícolas del mundo, conocido por sus pintorescas colinas cubiertas de viñedos, vides centenarias, encantadoras fincas coloniales y bodegas de vanguardia. A solo un día de viaje desde Santiago, esta región se ha transformado en las últimas dos décadas de una tranquila zona agrícola a una de las regiones vitivinícolas más grandes y vibrantes de Chile. La geografía única del Valle de Colchagua, situado en el sur del Valle de Rapel, se beneficia de las refrescantes brisas del Pacífico y los vientos andinos. Estas influencias naturales crean las condiciones ideales para el cultivo de uvas de alta calidad, la preservación de la acidez y la producción de vinos tintos vibrantes con gran frescura y potencial de envejecimiento. El valle es particularmente conocido por sus variedades Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon y Merlot, mientras que las plantaciones costeras más nuevas son prometedoras para los vinos blancos de clima frío.

Comienza tu día en la bodega VIK, ubicada en el impresionante Valle de Millahue, conocido como el "Lugar Dorado" por el pueblo indígena Mapuche. Esta finca abarca 4.300 hectáreas de impresionante naturaleza chilena, con 327 hectáreas dedicadas a viñedos. El terroir de VIK presenta 12 valles únicos, cada uno con microclimas y exposiciones distintos, refrescados por las brisas de las montañas del Pacífico y los Andes, que ofrecen complejidad y variedad. Bajo la guía del enólogo jefe Cristian Vallejo, VIK garantiza prácticas de viticultura y vinicultura meticulosas. Las uvas se cosechan a mano y se utilizan procesos de fermentación natural, con añejamiento en una mezcla de barricas de roble francés nuevas y usadas.
Saboree un almuerzo memorable entre los viñedos de Finca de Apalta, elaborado por el reconocido chef Francis Mallmann. Disfrute de una selección de carnes, pescados y vegetales cocinados con diversas técnicas de fuego en la cúpula central del restaurante. Combine su comida con una amplia selección de vinos Montes y otras propuestas del Valle de Colchagua. Elija del menú a la carta y pague su almuerzo. Nosotros nos encargaremos de la reserva de mesa por usted (almuerzo no incluido).
Por la tarde, visite la bodega Montes para realizar un recorrido de vinos premium. Pasee por los pintorescos viñedos y visite la mística bodega donde se producen los prestigiosos vinos Montes Alpha M, Montes Folly, Purple Angel y Montes Alpha. Explore la sala de barricas, donde estos vinos excepcionales maduran al son de los cantos gregorianos. La degustación de vinos incluye tres vinos premium (Montes Alpha o Outer Limits) y un vino Icon (M, Folly o Purple Angel).

This was an absolutely fantastic day from start to finish. Both vineyards were stunning not just visually, but in the quality of the wines themselves. Every tasting felt premium and thoughtfully curated. In our experience, we tasted five wines at each vineyard, and both included tastings of their top-range wines. The experience was very well organized, with a perfect pace that allowed us to fully enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. Visiting two of the best vineyards in Chile made it even more special, especially since they offered such a beautiful contrast, each one providing a unique perspective on Chilean winemaking. Daniel was an exceptional host. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. The tour felt very private and personalized, which made the whole day even more enjoyable. The restaurant was also incredible and a highlight in its own right. After this experience, I would absolutely love to join one of Daniel’s other tours. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality wine experience

It was a beautiful day! We left Santiago early, we were picked up, very punctual and the guide helped us understand much more of the region and the world of wine. The expectacular vineyards!!! I recommend this tour 100%, we will come back for more.

This was truly a wonderful day. The wine tour at Vik was superb and the guide at the winery was excellent. Then lunch was at the montes vineyard and the food was superb. There was then some time to walk through the vineyard until the Montes tour started. Daniel was a wonderful driver and I would recommend this tour as essential to anyone staying in Santiago and looking for a luxury wine experience Also I'd like to highlight that Daniel facilitated this tour even though I was a solo traveller whereas a lot of other travel companies refused to take only a solo traveller.

I have no words to thank Daniel! In addition to being a sympathy of Cover, super polite, he was extremely attentive from the 1st contact to the end of the tour! It was punctual and is a great driver, super prudent! The vehicle was very comfortable! Along the way, he gave several additional information about the region I was going to visit! He took care of all the details and everything went perfect! After all, it was the first time I used Viator and the experience could not have been better, thanks to him! And the wineries are amazing! My trip with Daniel was fantastic; seamless and perfectly planned and extremely comfortable. He took care of all the details and I had a phenomenal experience at both of the beautiful vineyards as well as an incredible lunch. Normally, I like to plan everything myself as I’m very particular but everything about this trip was perfect and excellent value.
