Tour de buceo de superficie en la isla de Catalina de un día completo desde Bávaro

The trip went well! We were with Passion Paradise as the Viator Tour Operator and the whole group were friendly and made everyone feel comfortable on board. We went snorkeling and the water was so clear! Lots of fish and beautiful coral reefs.

Excellent tour and 2nd time in less than 6 months. Well worth the price and overall great time had by my family. We will continue to do this excursion everytime were in Punta Cana

The great snorkeling experience! The water was easy to swim in. We had ample time in the water to enjoy the surroundings and nature! And the Lobster included with this package was amazing too!

Transportation: person that comes to pick us on the hotel in a beat up van, no ID for the company. Takes us to a gas station and we wait… he is not sure who will take us to the marina. Turns out he is the one taking us to the marina. At no point in the aviator, it tells that is 1:30hour drive to the marina. Once we get there, people with no identification that works for the company receive us. It feels very unsafe the whole experience of the transportation. Boat ride: crew doesn’t explain what we will be doing, they don’t present themselves or their names or talk with us. We wait, on the sun, for the boat to fill up with more and more clueless people like us. There are not enough life jackets for all of us and the one we manage to get, we’re broken on the buckle or strings. Snorkeling: it was so unsafe, the current was taking people away from the boat, to a point they ask us to come back. We still had to wait on the boat while other people were doing diving. It was not a good snorkeling spot for fish neither safety. Even though we stayed there for 1 hour. Island: boat stops far from the island and a smaller boat comes to pick us up. It was a lot of people on the little boat, no life jackets and people were sitting on the floor. Food on the island was ok. 3 hours on the island was too much, there was nothing to do, beach was rocky and hurt feet. We finish the trip without knowing any of the crew names, they didn’t offer any drinks. Other problems: in aviator, said that trip starts at Bavaro beach but it was a lie. It start 2 hours away from Bavaro. If I knew that, I would never had arranged this event. Overall waste of money and time that I could be enjoying at the hotel.

Departure from the hotel in Punta cana at 7am, after 3 bus changes going back and a 15mn stop in a shop we finally arrive at the marina. Wait 1 hour on the boat in full heat, without explanations or even a glass of water. Finally, leaving for the snorkeling site and scuba diving, they give some life jackets (not to everyone). Stop at the dive site which is not the wall as written on the ad, since the person who was supposed to speak French as agreed is not on the boat, my friend who speaks very good English asks them. They pretend not to understand and laugh at her. Although they understand English very well. A French tourist who was scuba diving, rises to the surface having an anxiety attack, none of the crew jumps into the water to reassure her and bring her back to the boat, she returns by herself without her instructor. Back on the boat no one asks her how she is, it is my friend's husband who has several dives to his credit who worries about her health by asking her if her head is not spinning, earache etc.. Arrival on Catalina Island, deplorable buffet if you can call it a buffet. Fortunately when we booked we did not take the lobster supplement. Shame on $45 for a lobster-sized lobster. While on the site they put a huge lobster. We were just looking forward to leaving the island and returning. On the return Mini storm, wind, big waves, no vests are given and in addition 2 tourists sit at the front of the boat feet in the water. Everyone thinks that's normal. No security. On their way back into the harbour, they have the nerve to ask us for a tip in impeccable English. This time they understand very well. Needless to say, we looked at them laughing and gave nothing. Back to the bus hoping that this time it will take us directly to the hotel and not come and go as incessant as in the morning. After a few kilometers the bus stops on the side of the highway to pick up two passengers from the bus in front of us. Hello security and in addition the driver has fun dancing while the cars brush us In short only positive the return is direct to the hotel I strongly advise against this provider who does not respect the safety or the

4 hour travel time as driver not a clue of where boat was. 3 harbours later we finally had to jump a speedboat to join tour.... Supposed to be 40 max passengers yet counted over 60 on boat..... No info on length of snorkel time or time on island.. Food truly appalling, no where to sit to eat, deck chairs all occupied Mini bus full to capacity (this when tours supposed to legally operate at 75% capacity) No aircon in minibus.... And to top it off they push the tip box under your nose to coerce you into giving a tip for this crap.. Truly if stupid enough to book this trip you only have self to blame...

Great value for money, staff are amazing and helpful. Organization is great as well as the transportation was excellent chofer was nice and explained everything to us. Food and drinks are amazing and tasty ... beach and boat is clean and company follows protocole well for the covid Recomendable to all...

We made the excursion to Catalina Island with 2 dives and the food, very friendly staff. Maybe he missed a little more time after eating on the Island, we became very fast.

Excellent service, food was amazing and hot, staff where professional and helpful. We where picked up on time, excellent service from beginning to end. Equipment was clean and new.. Recommend Passion Paradise Catalina Island Tour they are amazing.

We did not go because they never picked us up. Never received pick up instructions even though it was confirmed they would pick us up at our hotel.
