Great day out with Trevor as our guide. Mini bus was very comfortable with plenty of leg room ( I'm 6ft ). Anglesey is a little gem with stunning clifftop scenery, beautiful coves, and an old open copper mine. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable of Anglesey with some great stories. Excellent value for money, can highly recommend.
A very well organised trip from booking to return drop off. Trevor the driver was very welcoming friendly and informative throughout the well planned trip around Anglesey. We saw the best of what Anglesey had to offer and every stop was worth the visit- Trevor was a mine of information and we learned so much about the area and its people throughout history. This was a very interesting trip and one that we would highly recommend - a wonderful day out!
Outstanding tour! Trevor was a great guide - super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. The sights were wonderful and great that we got to customize it a little bit with different hikes and locations.
Great experience. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Tour was unhurried and Anglesey was beautiful. A great value tour.
Great day out. I learned so much about the local area and got to see more places than I could have done on my own. Well worth the money i paid for this.
Even though it rained on the morning Trevor with his knowledge of Anglesey enabled us to get the most out of the day adjusting timings and route. We covered so many plaves on this beautiful Island he even gave us a map at the end of tje day with where we had been. Lots of photo oppprtunities. A bit of Welsh thrown in too :-)
Wow! We luckily booked after a cancellation happened, and we are so glad we kept checking the availability. 6 of us in total along with Trevor (who is a guide and chauffeur at the same time) made our way to Anglesey. The weather was not on our side at the beginning of the day, so Trevor said he would make sure that later in the day he would take us back to the viewpoints we missed due to the rain and fog/mist. He is the fountain of knowledge and full of local legendary stories, and encourages questions as we went along. Trevor is full of facts, information, but didn't "bombard" us by constantly talking, which is a good balance. Tea, coffee, and water was available free of charge on our tour, as well as lunch (sandwich, crisps, fruit, chocolate bar), but Trevor was also happy to find locations which had ice cream shops, milkshake, milk and cheese vending machine, as well as regular toilet stops. You get to see places you can't see on our coach due to the roads, so places like Puffin Island, South Stacks Lighthouse, and a bonus little Church at the end of a country track as we were ahead of time in the morning. We got to see ancient burial mounds, the first suspension bridge in the world, ancient foundations of tribe huts, beaches, monuments, solstice markers, the train station with the infamous long name, and a RNLI information centre (includes an old lifeboat on display and RNLI shop). You could do as much or as little as you wanted to do or was able to do - some of us stayed on the beach while some went on a guided walk along the headland with Trevor. Nothing was too much trouble for Trevor, and he offered us options due to the bad weather, and listened to what we wanted to do, where we wanted to go. We visited many locations including those on Anglesey and Holy Island, and finished with some free time in Beaumaris. 45min-1hr was long enough to take a wander around Beaumaris Castle for us. I would totally recommend Tudno Tours, and will be looking at booking a different tour with Tudno Tours next time we are back in Wales!
We had the most wonderful day out on Anglesey with Trevor, he was such an informative guide - full of little bits of info about everything we visited, everything we saw and a wonderful sense of humour. My dream was to visit Anglesey and we could not have asked for any one better to guide us around this beautiful island. Tea and coffee always on hand and a welcomed picnic lunch. Thank you Trevor
Just a quick line on the best tour company in the area by a country mile. We went with friends who have used Trevor before many times we did the Snowdonia half day, and a full day tour of Anglesey. The weather was a bonus Trevor was incredibly knowledgeable informative in every aspect visiting various sites, funny polite and providing drinks sandwiches to cover our needs such a pleasure to be on board. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THIS COMPANY SIMPLY THE BEST THANKS IAN SHEILA TERRY
Trevor is a mine of local knowledge, a very good driver too. A joy to have a guide to drive & provide a running commentary on the lovely island. Hope to go back again and do the Snowdonia tour.
