Spectacular day with fun and varied activities. Pickup and return to the hotel as scheduled. Very well organized, the guides are friendly and eager to make sure that we have a good time. With the correct times to do all the activities. The food in the park was correct. Highly Recommended!!!!
Hola, Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia con nosotros. Estamos muy contentos de leer que las pasado de maravilla. ¡Nos vemos pronto para más y nuevas aventuras! 🤙
Very unique experience especially with the cenotes. The water is cool so it’s a will take your breath at first. I’m not quite sure the premise….we paid for the whole day and when we would complete an activity someone would initial our wrist band. I wondered if we chose to do that one activity again-if we would be able to? Could we do zips twice for example? The vegetation was beautiful. The horseback riding was a bit annoying. We waited and waited…I assume they wanted to take as many as they they could get on the trail so we waited for a “crowd” while we got eat up by flies :/ The boys were fun on the trail. The experience was fun although it’s a one and done for me. Everything felt rushed in the beginning and then we waited for transportation.

Great experience!! All in one place and a great authentic DR lunch to fuel the day. A must experience!
Hi, Thank you very much for sharing your adventure with us! See you soon for more and new adventures! 🤙
The park and every experience is outstanding. A few employees ruined what could have been an outstanding day. One that really stood out made fun of me because I was lost and purposely gave me wrong directions twice, red shirt and maybe not a local. I almost had a heat stroke. A very nice local employee helped me return helmet and make my way to lobby. Then the man at the desk got us a taxi them screamed at me I said the wrong location which is ridiculous because I only knew one place on island. I spent a lot of money to have 2 or 3 rude people ruin experience. Otherwise I would have highly recommend.

Hola, Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia con nosotros. Estamos contentos de leer que la has pasado de maravill y que nuestro personal marcó la diferencia. ¡Hasta pronto! 🤙
Very good experience, the attractions are very safe and entertaining. The only downside is that they do not allow you to take your own photos, and when you leave, they want to sell you the photos taken by their own photographers for $20 each or an expensive package for all the photos. Other than that, highly recommended, just that you won't have many physical memories of the visit.

Everything was great, from the guides to the rest of the staff! Understand they do try to keep you on a schedule so you can complete all activities! But would definitely go back if I make it back to punta Cana!

Excellent customer service, thank you very much for the hospitality of each and every one of the guides, but especially I would like to thank Manuel Enrique Martínez Reyes (Pelo Fino) who provided us with five-star customer service.

This was a really great experience and one of the best days I had in the DR! I booked full access directly through the Bavaro Adventure Park, which I think is the best option. They always run discounts, so we got 20% off the ticket which was really helpful and we paid about £123 ($159). Everyone who books through the Adventure Park directly, has the free option to be collected from their hotels, which we were at 10:45AM. The van was spacious, really clean and was ventilated nicely. The driver was respectful and drove carefully. Once we got to the park, there was a short queue but we weren't waiting for too long. We had to complete a liability form again in person, which was a tad annoying, as we had already done so online. We checked in; bought a locker for $7 and were given a small, wooden block for our lunch token. We got full access, so we were able to go horse-riding; zip-lining; swimming in the cenote and caves; riding in the buggies and floating in the lazy river. The day was planned so well and the staff were so organised, knowing which groups needed to do which activities, at the correct times. We had lunch, which was actually really tasty - Caribbean chicken, rice and peas and plantains was the only meal available included in the token. You could also purchase additional lunch options like cheeseburgers etc for $12 to $18; and drinks and sweets from $4 to $7. The full access is definitely worth it, as you can spend the whole day at the Adventure Park and not get bored. Every activity was really enjoyable and they were timed perfectly. If you get a lesser option, you will still spend money on food, or a transfer, so it makes sense for an all-in day. The only downsides I would say are, the staff stop you from taking your phone or cameras to any activity, which is purported to be for safety reasons. However, they have photographers throughout the park that take content and at the end they try and sell you the pictures (1 for $20; 10 for $100 or all of the pictures for $150) and they are digital only. I snuck my phone to a few activities and there was no safety issue. I would recommend getting a water phone case and taking your phone along as the memories are really worth it. We didn't purchase our pictures and it was a shame because they were really lovely. The second downside, which everyone may not experience, is that or day finished at 5PM and the bus was expected at 6PM but arrived more like 6:30PM. The return vehicle was a massive coach and was super spacious but the driver had the A/C on very high. After swimming and getting splashed all day, we were very cold, with wet hair, so this was really not ideal. Also our hotel was only 18 minutes away but due to the other hotel drops, the journey took over an hour. We found that the driver didn't have an updated list of the drops, because we stopped at 3 hotels that we didn't need to. Overall, the day was one of the best! I would definitely go again but I would take a waterproof case for pictures!
