Opciones de la excursión
Itinerario
¡He visto absolutamente aanrader tijdens deze trip!

Really great tour and a super guide pair, Pierre and Kenzo!! Highly recommended, would do it again anytime!
Despite a cancellation because the minibus was broken, the tour was made possible for us, for which we are very grateful. The tour guide Pierre made this possible for us, and the tour was super interesting and we were able to see everything we wanted to. Many thanks to Pierre and his lovely dog who is always there.
So let me start by saying as a flight attendant and frequent traveller I do a lot of tours. Over 20 years I can count on one hand the ones that weren't great and sadly this was one of them. I booked through get your guide and usually the day before they will reach out to confirm time etc but they didn't. No big deal but then the morning of the tour, an hour before Pierre called me and said 8.40am and not 8.45am. When I said 5 minutes was neither here nor there he made it clear he would not wait. His manner was a bit off and this should have been the first sign it was his way or nothing. We were on time and when he arrived he took the rucksack off us and put it in the boot with the dog ( Kenzo was the highlight by far) We could have kept the bag at our feet but again he had his rules. I had just bought a coffee to go and he told me I could not take it in the car even though it had a lid. It is called takeaway coffee for a reason. He took it off me and threw a whole coffee in the bin. As someone who knows good hospitality and how to ensure your guests are happy this was not a good start. I take coffee on all my tours and its never an issue. I understand his car his rules but please put this on the "not allowed" section of get your guide then I would have known and not booked the tour save an issue all round. We spent most of the tour in the car so it would be nice to have been in a more relaxed environment. We drove for 2 hours before we had a toilet and coffee stop by which point i couldn't wait to get out of the car. Don't get me wrong however i can say he is very knowledgable and passionate about the island. He also never asked our names until the end which i found odd especially as there were just 7 of us. We have lovely photos of our tour guides over the years and some have become friends so this tour despite being an amazing way to see the island was dissappointing. We spent around £200 for 6.5 hours and 3 adults and I just felt my money could have been better spent elsewhere. At one point he even drove off as we arrived at the pick up point on time might I add, leaving us feeling we had been left behind ( for some reason I felt this would be a possibility with him). He turned the car around and came back but I felt this was a bit sly. The lunch stop ( not included in the price) is a group booking at a restaurant of his choosing which again not ideal so we bowed out of that which he was ok with. We bought a few drinks from there but the staff just seemed run off their feet and not the best service so glad we just used the time to wander Ajuy instead. He is not horrible by any means, he speaks with such enthusiasm about the island and his driving was good and he kept us safe but thats about it. He never offered to take any photos of us as a family and despite it being advertised with a/c he it wasn't on and he had his front window open instead. When we got back in the car and started to mess with the vents and turn it on higher for some cool air he made a snide comment. The dog Kenzo was a delight and the highlight! and we did get to see most of the island which was good. But it won't be a tour guide we look back on with fond memories sadly. Maybe it was an off day or a clash of personalities and I am sure given the response to another negative review left this won't be taken with humility but as I say I know having done hundreds of tours that what I felt was valid. Not a tour I would wish to repeat as when I am on holiday I want the good vibes only.
Dear Sir, Thank you for sharing your opinion. We appreciate all feedback, as it gives us the opportunity to explain why we have been doing what we do with passion for the past 10 years. Let us start from the beginning. Our booking manager tried to contact you several times, starting two days before your island tour. We called/mail you multiple times, but unfortunately there was no answer. We also sent you two emails without receiving a response. Finally, we contacted you via WhatsApp. When you eventually replied, your response was simply, “OK.” On the morning of the tour, your local guide, Pierre, called and sent you a message while driving from Corralejo to Caleta de Fuste especially to pick up your group. He even offered to arrive five minutes earlier if you wished, so there would be enough time for an extra photo stop at the dunes. He made that additional stop specifically for your group of three, even though the other four guests stillnhas to be picked up, we did travelled 45 km to Corralejo (private tour). Regarding food and drinks, our booking information clearly states that food is not allowed on board. We do not specifically mention water because, of course, we allow our guests to bring water. However, we do not allow drinks such as coffee, cola, or other beverages that could spill, as we take great pride in keeping our three-year-old minibus clean and comfortable for all our guests. Concerning your bags, we did our best to help you load them into our minibus. (Normally 1 bag per 2 persons) However, luggage inside the passenger area is not permitted for safety reasons. This was clearly explained during the morning briefing, together with our policies regarding the air conditioning and windows. These rules are the responsibility of the guide to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone on board. You also mentioned that the guide turned the bus around without you inside. In fact, he turned the vehicle in advance so that leaving the stop would be quicker and easier once everyone had boarded. Finally, regarding the restaurant, the guide asked whether you would like a reservation, you agreed, and he kindly arranged a table for you. We always strive to provide every guest with a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. While we respect your opinion, we believe it is important that the above facts are also taken into consideration. Kind regards, Fuertetickets Team
Highly recommended. Super friendly, cheerful guide. He will answer all your questions and take you to the most beautiful places on the island.
Excellent excursion from start to finish! We visited beautiful places with breathtaking views. Everything was very well explained and perfectly organized. A big thank you to Pierre for his kindness, professionalism, and for taking the time to explain everything in French, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention to his dog Kenzo, who is absolutely adorable and made the day even more memorable! I highly recommend this tour.🐶🌴☀️
Bonjour, merci infiniment pour votre adorable commentaire. Kenzo est le meilleur… ;) Bonnes fêtes !
We participated in a tour in Fuerteventura and overall it was a nice experience. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best: there was a lot of wind and, probably for this reason, we were unable to visit all the sites planned in the program. Despite this, the guide was really nice and professional. He is a very sociable person, capable of making everyone feel at ease right from the start. During the tour, he entertained the group with his humor and friendliness, making the day enjoyable despite the weather conditions. Moreover, he speaks several languages and manages the organization effectively, demonstrating experience and attention towards the participants. Recommended for those looking for a prepared, available guide with whom to spend a cheerful day.
We travelled from Lanzarote to Fuerteventura by ferry for this trip, which was fun. The maximum number of people that can be catered for on this trip is 8, and we were a group of 8, so we figured it would be more intimate and personal as it was just us. We enjoyed the sights, and the island has some lovely sights, but our guide was more worried about his vehicle than us. We weren't allowed to open our doors when getting in and out of the 8-passenger van because of the wind. Our bags had to stay in the back. We got scolded for touching the air conditioner in the back because he thought we were turning it up. He only wanted 1 window in the front open at any one time, as it gave him a sore eye! And the 3 people at the back of the van couldn't hear a word he said the whole journey!! We had asked a couple of basic questions, but his response left us that we were afraid to ask anything after that!! It said when booking to bring a swimsuit as there was a beach where we could swim. That never happened, as he told us it was too dangerous to swim at the beach we stopped at. The island is definitely worth a visit, but not with this group!!!
Good afternoon, We are really sorry that you feel that way about this big tour and our guide. The reason why you are not allowed to open the doors is safety reason the same as for the big bags where we have no places for in the mini van so it was quite logic that we do this all out safety reasons the last 9 years.. The airco and windows are guide responsibility not the clients! in the literary we have nowhere that we have time to swim or where we say that you have to take swimming suits with you! Our local very experience Spanish guide Don P. loves to explaine about the history of the island so every question, you have he will be happy to answer it… perhaps there was a language barrier because we were very surprised with this review… Because our team had a look in it and we had great happy reviews from the other people who been travelling with you the same day so yeah we are really sorry once again and we hope that it didn’t influence your holiday in our beautiful island. About: Swimming: In the West coast Ajuy is indeed a warning about not going in the OCEAN because of the STRONG undercurrent and high waves. Guide: I must honestly say that it feels to us as if you didn't like the guide very much! Apparently, he could do nothing right, even though in the nine years he has been working with us, he has only wanted to do good for our international clients. Happy holidays.
My partner and I did this tour on Wednesday. Pedro was an amazing guide with a great sense of humour and his dog kenzo stole our hearts! We saw the hotspots of fuerteventura and Pedro was so knowledgeable on all areas. He even took us to the popcorn beach which wasn’t in the itinerary! The restaurant we went to as a group was also amazing! Overall an amazing experience and worth every penny to see beautiful locations across the whole island :) Thank you Pedro and Kenzo!!!
Thank you for the nice comment… we always try our utmost for our guests… we are therefore very happy that you had a nice day with our Don P. and his fun mascot Kenzo.
Great guide, enthusiastic & knowledgeable
Thanks a million señor … happy holidays
A wonderful day with Pierre. Fun, informative and a great way to see the island.
Muchos gracias Peter… enjoy your holiday
