Itinerario
Comenzando aproximadamente a las 8 am desde Pokhara (la principal ciudad más cercana a la cordillera Annapurna Himalaya), manejamos aproximadamente 2 horas en automóvil / jeep a Nayapool para comenzar la caminata Ghorepani Poon Hill. Almorzamos en Sudame o Ramghai y continuamos caminando hasta Ulleri (2100m), las primeras 3 horas serán una caminata fácil y luego una caminata empinada hasta Ulleri cuesta arriba comienza pronto desde Tikhedunga. Se dice que tiene 3000 escalones de piedra. Noche en el albergue. Comidas incluidas: desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

Esta es la opinión en la que se basa toda la caminata de Ghorepani Poon Hill, y vale la pena cada paso para llegar allí. Caminamos de regreso y tomamos el desayuno en el albergue, partimos hacia Tadapani. Pasaremos la noche en el lodge en Tadapani. Comidas incluidas: desayuno, almuerzo y cena.
Caminamos a lo largo de un sendero sombreado del bosque, seguidos de campos de maíz y papas en terrazas a Ghandruk. Desde aquí tenemos unas vistas fantásticas de Annapurna South, Hiunchuli y Machhapuchhare. Es un asentamiento importante de los Gurung, un grupo étnico de Nepal. Es un pueblo muy famoso de Gurung con terrazas y ofrece excelentes vistas a la montaña. Después de llegar, es posible dar un corto paseo para explorar el pueblo, visitar un museo cultural y un monasterio. Noche en el lodge en Ghandruk. Comidas incluidas: desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

This is our first time in Nepal, and usually we prefer hiking on our own. So in the first moment we were not pleased to read about the new nepalese 'guide is mandatory' policy. But now after doing the poon hill trek with Linkage Tours and our guide Bidur, we think different: It was such a pleasure: Bidur gave us so much information about nepalese living and culture, always organised the best lodges and teahouses and took care for us in such a nice way- so we are full of amazing impressions. Thank you to Praktik from linkage tours and especially to our guide Bidur- we had a really good time! PS: What we learned: Slowly slowly is the best way to reach the top- and 'nepali flat' is not flat at all 😊

We recently went on a 5-day trek to poon hill with Linkage Travels which we can highly recommend! Our guide Rajesh was very attentive to us and our needs, knew a lot about the area and made us feel safe the whole trek through. On top of that, we had the lovely porter Harry, who spread positive energy with his big smile and warmth at all times. The accommodation was good (although a bit cold - we brought extra rental jackets), the food was nice and the all-inclusive price unbeatable. Thanks a lot to the whole team!

I absolutely loved my trek with Bidur. I originally booked a three day trek to Poon Hill with my friend but extended it to six days because I was having such a great time. Bidur was very knowledgeable and reassuring to have alongside us the whole time. Very respectful and attentive - I couldn't have asked for a better guide. He always made sure we were happy and well fed and he was great company too - it wouldn't have been the same without him! The trek itself was one of the best things I've ever done - the views are indescribable and the trekking was very therapeutic - a phenomenal experience! It was easy to organise the trek through Linkage and was good value. Everything went to plan and I would highly recommend to anyone out there looking to trek in Nepal.
