Very comfortable on board, friendly and welcoming staff on board. It’s a beautiful trip down the Rhine to Linz. It’s worth getting off in Linz to spend a couple of hours there.

The question of where to park was answered quickly and neatly via mail. The Operngarage is less than a five-minute walk from the boat. The staff is very friendly. Ordered drinks and food are brought quickly. Then why not 5 stars? We have booked, I know, for a cruise Bonn-Linz-Bonn. Yet they came by a few times to get paid for the return trip. We did not leave the boat and sailed straight back to Bonn. Not paid extra. Too bad this is not communicated more clearly. Furthermore, a wonderful trip.

For the price, I think it’s an excellent cruise that takes you up and down the Rhine river. I visited Bon almost every time. I’m in Europe as I have family here, but never did the river cruise. I’m so glad I did it. I saw castles, cute towns, wonderful trails, and more. Wish I would’ve done it sooner. I purchased a round trip ticket this time. Next time plan to stop in Linz to again hike the castle. They also serve food, beer, wine, cocktails, and other nonalcoholic drinks.

Boat trip made from King's Winter to Linz in 90 minutes. Enjoy the scenery on the Rhine with the beautiful Rhineprinzessin. Wide choice of drinks and food. Very smooth and friendly service. Think this is a todo.

The ship, the Rhine princess was very nice and well maintained. The whole staff attentive ,friendly and helpful. However, the fact that you serve KÖLSCH in the Bavarian Beer Eidel is already an imposition !! The kitchen is,simply not reasonable !! We had ordered bratwurst, which the pan only saw from a distance. Complained and we were recommended boiling sausage. The same was unfortunately not to be enjoyed , we better not talk about the potato ecsalet ! Only our waiter, who was so nice and saw the food himself and us without if but gave us the money back.
