From Bled : Discovery Trail (Privada)

Dear pr1motours team, Thank you very much for the fantastic half a day filled with lots of beautiful views and exciting moments. Even though we had no hiking experience, Primoš made us feel safe and enjoy every moment we spent in the gorge with him during the Discovery Trail tour. The tour is 100% recommended. My husband and I loved this walk. It was perfect and away from the tourist crowd. Promo was a fabulous guide with lots of local knowledge and very patient waiting whilst we took photos and stopped for a breath. The scenery was fantastic! I would recommend this for anyone visiting lake Bled wanting to escape the tourists for a couple of hours. I'd say moderate fitness as some parts challenging but my husband and I are 50 and managed this with a little challenge but not too much. Great start to our day.

Great way to go into nature. Hike through greenery, cross a bride and go through caves on foot. Lovely way to explore. Great guide too.

Very nice guide, who speaks excellent English and gives some extra information along the way. We enjoyed our trip!

This is a very great gorge that you can easily walk on your own without a guide. Since there is no water there, it is relatively little committed, which is good. A particular highlight is a place where the Slovenian humanist Primus Truber died in the 16th century. It is said that the Protestant faith was secretly preached in the 19th century. A cross carved into the rock reveals that this was a religious place. I was very enthusiastic about both the great nature and the cultural and spiritual place. BUT: there were bear tracks in the form of large heaps of feces in the area of a cave and these were in the middle of the hiking trail. They were a little older, thank God. Probably the bear hibernated in the cave. But I was very queasy to expect. When we then approached a honey seller in the next village, she claimed that these could not be bear tracks and that there were no bears in all of Slovenia, which of course is not true at all. In other words, she was afraid to scare off tourists by the presence of bears. But it's more of a deterrent to know that the locals aren't telling us the truth.

Great trail, even for beginners, with amazing views throughout. Primo was a brilliant guide; friendly, encouraging and had lots of information to share about the trail and the local area itself.

What an amazing hike it was with Primoz and Wendy. Beautiful scenery, some exercise and great company. I was able to walk at my own pace, taking in the beautiful environment and taking pictures along the way, also got plenty of knowledge about beautiful Slovenia that you can’t just (Hidden by Airbnb) . Primoz and Wendy made me feel like I was hiking with my friends, they even dropped me to the Bled castle! Cannot recommend this experience enough, super fun! It was definitely one of the highlights of my Slovenia trip.

We really enjoyed discovering the beautiful Slovenian mountains especially the autumn colors. Primoz was knowledgeable and accommodating, we could go at our pace. Primoz took some pictures that he later shared with us, this was very much appreciated. Would recommend for a family outing.

Very nice trip through one of Triglav park's trails. The guide is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended!
