The driver communicated for us to contact him when we had our bags and when we were coming out of the airport. We did that. He then could not communicate where he was. He had us take a picture of our location (which we did), he had us go inside and then back outside. It took 15-20 minutes for us to find him. He then proceeded to tell me where I should have been and what I should have communicated to him. Mind you this is my first time visiting this city/country. I would never recommend this company.

Our driver was very punctual and very friendly. Knowledgeable to places we were passing through.. And our driver knows way to take , avoiding traffic and delays.

He arrived early and was a good driver. If you need an airport transfer, he does a good job. I would recommend him.
I couldn't meet the driver at the airport. We looked for exits A to C for over 30 minutes at the appointed time, but couldn't meet them. I tried to call him but he couldn't get through so I gave up and took another taxi.
After a 10 hour non-stop Lufthansa flight from Austin, departing the plane was via a 18 - 20 step stairway then boarding bus to the terminal. If your knees and legs didn't hurt after the flight they did after deplaning. For a country so proud of its technology, stairs and busses for deplaning is a cruel joke and very antiquated . Most modern airports have jetways (boarding bridges) or mobile lounges for boarding or deplaning.
Too expensive. Flew in from states. Viator charged me $98 to book a small van from Frankfurt GE airport to a small town 35 k away. Before I flew they said that was out of range of the van and re-booked me for a smaller car and charged me an extra $38 on top of what I already paid. Hit the ground in GE, no issues, 3rd party driver, car and service all outstanding. Driver was shocked to learn that i paid $140 for the ride when it normally costs 60 euro to book directly. I learned my lesson on this trip here. Don't make the same mistake. Just book direct and cut the price in half.
