Su recorrido de 6 horas incluye recogida y regreso desde el centro de Vancouver, viaje en ferry a Bowen Island, una fácil caminata guiada por el Lago Killarney y paseos por las tiendas, cafés y restaurantes del pueblo. Dirigido por un experimentado fotógrafo y guía turístico, aprenderá a tomar fotos increíbles de la naturaleza, el paisaje, la vida silvestre y la arquitectura. Cubriremos técnicas como la exposición larga, apertura, balance de blancos e ISO para cámaras DSLR, así como consejos para teléfonos con cámara. Alternativamente, podemos hacer sesiones fotográficas en lugar de aprender fotografía si así lo desea. La mejor cámara que puedes traer son las DSLR, pero también puedes usar tu teléfono con cámara. Lecciones de fotografía / sesiones fotográficas, caminata guiada y transporte incluido el ferry están incluidos en el costo. ¡Zapatos cómodos para caminar y ropa en capas, cámara (de cualquier tipo) y un sentido de aventura requerido!

Some unexpected uphill climbs… be prepared. I loved the camera tips and ideas to capture interesting subjects. Long exposures and panoramic views were new to me and very much appreciated information for future. The small group and pick up/drop off from home were appealing features! All in all a very enjoyable and informative day!
Great time, enjoyable and informative. This was a perfect way to spend our day before going on our cruise.
The scenery was beautiful and the guide very knowledgeable but the tour only lasted 4 hours and seemed rushed.
Nashee is a good guide. He knows the tricks for beautiful photos. The island of bowen is pretty and taking the ferry is nice I recommend
Nafees picked us up at our hotel as requested. We took the ferry to Bowen Island. The ferry ride was fun with beautiful scenery along the way. Our guide provided history and cultural aspects of the island. We walked to the Nature Park on the island and enjoyed time in a spectacular Old Growth Forest. So much to take pictures of! Our guide was quick to give us hints and guidance on taking photographs in this environment. We had lunch on the island in a spot frequented by the locals. Time to check out an art gallery with art by locals. Great time to enjoy natural environment at a pace set by us!
The island is beautiful and Nafees is the perfect guide and companion. Knowledgeable, interesting and very helpful. I got some great photography advice and lots of lovely shots taken of me too at all the best spots.
I had an absolutely wonderful time on this tour with Nafees! I was incredibly lucky to have a clear, sunny day, which made the views from the ferry and the surrounding mountains even more breathtaking. Bowen Island is stunningly peaceful, and one of the highlights was seeing seals both at the ferry dock and on the island—such a special experience! Nafees was an excellent guide from start to finish, picking me up directly from my hotel and sharing so much local knowledge along the way. It was also a fantastic opportunity to refresh my photography skills—getting to use his DSLR was a treat! He is a great teacher, helping me capture amazing shots and sharing tips that I can even apply to my iPhone photography. To top it all off, Nafees kindly took me to Cypress Lookout on the way back, offering a spectacular view of Vancouver to end the day. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Bowen Island with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Thank you, Nafees! 📷🌿🚢
We enjoyed our photography tour in Gastown so much that we decided to book the Bowen Island Ferry, Hike, and Photography Tour. Nafees picked us up at our hotel and we parked at Horseshoe Bay. We took a short 20-minute ferry ride to Bowen Island and then went on a photography hike, where we continued learning and practicing composition skills and shooting in manual modes on our cameras. I highly recommend this tour!
Nafees was a well-organized and helpful guide. Bowen Island is a short 20 minute ferry ride from Vancouver. We walked through Grippen Park which has easy, navigable trails with lots of variation in the landscape, providing many spots for photos. At the ferry landing there are plenty of places to grab food and drinks.
We really enjoyed this tour but it was not was advertised. There was no professional photography input, no walkthrough of techniques, and no individual instruction. Offers of photos of us were declined but there was no obvious offer of professional photographs which the advert implies. Nash was a very good guide and we don't really have any significant complaints; it is just the tour did not quite live up to hype. It was a lovely day and Nash was a wonderful guide whose company enjoyed. It was a tour to photographic sites but not one with any photographic input.
