It was ok, the starting point is by the train area so getting to it was not very convenient, we paid extra for an EMF machine that wasn’t working and the Response was just “oh well” - the stories where ok but mainly historical facts not really anything spooky at all, you also don’t get to go into any of the actual establishments that are haunted so not the best ghost tour around.
Our guide was fantastic!! He was knowledgeable. The walking was a bit out of the way, when there were other places closer that had haunted tales.
I am a Flagstaff local and this is my third ghost tour and third company. I chose this one for a group of 13, all but two from out of town, for two reasons 1: I hadn't done it yet 2: The website made it seem like it would be a great tour and it's "US" ghost adventures. Of the three tours I've done this was the absolute worst. Giving a review of 2 stars because our guide was a very kind kid and I do think doing his best. However, we all expected a ghost tour and instead received a history lesson. On the website Hotel Monte Vista is mentioned and we didn't even go near the hotel on our tour. I ended up telling our out of town guests more ghost stories following the tour than our guide did. We were offered the opportunity to ask questions throughout the tour, but when we did the response was "I don't know, I'll have to look into that". I was embarrassed that this was the tour I booked for our guests and that they paid for this experience. I would advise choosing a local ghost tour company.
It was a great tour of the history of Flagstaff we mutually enjoyed our tour guide and enjoyed learning about the town

Renee was an amazing guide!!! Her creative stories kept us engaged and entertained!! She was patient and sincere!! I am so impressed! I was concerned that my 10-year-old would not enjoy it but man… This was amazing and the kids loved it!!!
We learned a ton about the history of flagstaff, the family’s who helped found it and what a lot of the businesses started out as and turned into through the years. We also learned about a lot of the macabre history and about things that have happened inside of the older buildings a lot of people wouldn’t know about. It was rather cold at 8 pm and our tour guide Olivia did a great job. She was very knowledgeable on the subject matter.
