Día 1: Roma – Venecia – Florencia Servicio de recogida desde su hotel/apartamento hasta la estación de tren, Encuentro con nuestro asistente y salida en tren hacia Venecia. Llegada a Venecia después de 3h 45m. Al llegar, comenzaremos con un recorrido a pie por los puentes y canales. Visita la Plaza de San Marcos con la Basílica. Vea el Campanile, el Palacio Ducal, el famoso Puente de los Suspiros. Tiempo libre para almorzar y hacer compras. Puedes finalizar tu recorrido en Venecia con un “paseo en góndola” (opcional). Por la tarde salida hacia Florencia, llegada y traslado al hotel. Día 2: Florencia-Roma Disfrute de un día completo en Florencia que se caracteriza por la cultura, el arte renacentista y la arquitectura y los monumentos. Déjate guiar por nuestro asistente para comprar, comer y todo será más fácil. Por la tarde visita de 2 horas de la ciudad con guía profesional, también incluye la “Galería de la Academia” donde podrá admirar el David de Miguel Ángel. al final salida hacia Roma, llegada y traslado al hotel.

My adult daughter and I had a wonderful time on this two-day tour with our guide Juliana. From the moment we were picked up at the hotel, everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Juliana was communicative, friendly, and accommodating throughout the trip. We especially appreciated the effort she put into making sure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. She provided helpful and adequate information about each city, and her thoughtful approach really enhanced the overall experience, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy each stop. Our tour guide in Florence, Giovanni was also great and added to the experience! We would definitely recommend this tour for anyone looking to visit multiple cities from Rome within a limited timeframe.

My guide could have been better. Felt more like I had a chaperone than a guide. I was a bit disappointed that I was the only one in the “semi private” group. I Expected more explanations/stories. He was always walking ahead of me and had a lot of business calls.

Severino is an expert in art, history and region and has trained our staff for years. If you wanted to know more about a topic you could have asked and your guide would have given you the information you wanted. 2 - you booked a tour for small groups but on the date you traveled in this one there were no other people. In practice you had a private service at the cost of a small group. Other companies would have canceled the trip, we honored your reservation by providing you with the best service. 3 - Dear customer, you had a very exclusive service with a tour guide among the best in our field, we really find it hard to believe that Severino gave few explanations. 4 - Severino received 4 phone calls, all from our office because we were worried about the delay of the train you had. Thank you for choosing our services and we hope to have you as a guest again to live other experiences.
The two day tour of Venice and Florence was great. Our tour guide, Catherina was exceptional and very knowledgeable about each city and things to see and enjoy. She provided a nice pace for touring with time for shopping, relaxing and enjoying each city to the fullest. I highly recommend this tour and specifically Catherina. She was extremely personable and willing to work with us to tailor the tour to meet our interests and maximize her knowledge of the cities. She was a delight to travel with and when we return for our next trip to Italy, we look forward to spending more time with her on our next adventure.
