Itinerario

It took longer than expected to arrive to our destination. The guide second guide showed up late and cut our museum tour by half the time. We were not happy with the entire trip. Our guide rushed us out of the museum and we did not get a chance to enjoy the entire experience. Heading back also took longer. I’ve used Viator for all my travel experiences and this is the first time we have experienced a disappointment. The trip was too expensive for it not to be a 5 star experience. I have reached out to your customer service for half a refund. Thank you!
Dear customer, thank you for sending us the feedback. We are sorry to read your disappointment, this tour is a cult and you are the first person who is not satisfied with this tour. In your description you do not take into account the following points: 1 – This is an ecological tour (we do it with an electric van) 2 – to reach Florence it takes 3 hours including 1 or 2 stops 3 – in the morning in Florence you go shopping, in the afternoon the guided tour of Florence. 4 – the assistant is available to customers to satisfy every need 5 – the guide starts the tour at about 2.45 pm and ends after 2 hours you did this itinerary as planned, if there was something you did not like why did not you talk to the assistant? Our assistant is available for you customers, always. It is not correct to write after many days and criticize a service that has always had a high satisfaction rate. All day tours cover many kilometers, perhaps it is a good idea to inquire with customer service or the operator about your needs first. If you had communicated with the assistant perhaps he could have intervened and solved a possible problem that we believe you did not have. You have finished the tour as scheduled, we have tried to give an emotion but we understand that it is not possible to satisfy demanding customers like you who do not communicate. Thank you anyway for choosing our services
We had the best time in Florence, and Yaro and Massimo were great! The statue of David is amazing and a must-see If you visit! ☕️

Claudio was a fantastic guide, probably one of the best guides I've ever had. He and a driver picked us up in a private SUV and was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely friendly throughout. The tour was very interesting and just plain beautiful at times. Florence is a must-see, must-visit destination. Take this tour without hesitation.

This was a wonderful day out. Florence was beautiful. Our tour guides were great. The tour around Florence was very informative and being able to see the Statue of David was the icing on the cake. Florence is a city I would love to go back to and spend some more time. I highly recommend this tour.

This was the most delightful trip we took. And we had many. The private tour of Florence was terriffic. The local guide who took us to see David was up to date on all his history and facts. The private car was really great.

This was a great tour. Arrived in Florence, had a good lunch and then had a tour of the city. Saw the David and other sights. Went very well and out in-city guide was great.

What a fabulous trip. The tour guides were marvelous in their detailed explanations of Florence. We were especially impressed with the discussion of the David. Giuliana and Adam were so extremely helpful in the travels to Florence and Pisa. The detail and care provided were worth more than I can describe.
