Such a fun class and a wonderful addition to our vacation! The chef was engaging, knowledgeable, and made each recipe easy to understand and follow. We had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed the class. Highly recommend!
This experience was absolutely fantastic!! We made delicious food, following an expert who was informative and entertaining. And the food tasted divine!! Wine provided while we created! And the aprons were certainly memorable!! I would book this experience again if I make it back to Florence one year (and I really hope I do!!)
The best authentic hands on activity we experienced during our time in Italy. Learning to make homemade pasta, ravioli and tiramisu step by step. My 6 year old daughter had fun with the mixing and rolling and was kept entertained throughout the evening. Thanks to Mer, our instructor for adding the pink/red flour that created an extra excitement for my daughter. Wonderful hosts who taught recipes and history of the area. The activity ended eating what we made and it was delicious.
My Wife and I went for our 23rd anniversary while in Florence. Didn't know what to really expect, but we had an amazing time. Learned to make pasta a couple of ways and to make Tiramisu. Met a couple of other couples and families from around the world. Drank wine, ate our food, talked with other classmates. Very enjoyable evening. Completely exceeded our expectations.
Amazing experience!!! The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made every step easy to follow, even for beginners. We learned how to make two different types of fresh pasta from scratch using authentic techniques, and the results were absolutely delicious.
The experience is super affordable but the food did not taste the best. Just pasta with sauce. The instructor Samantha was incredible very knowledgeable and kept the entire class engaged
It was a very successful and inspiring workshop with clear explanations, humor and fun. In the end we made 2 different fresh pastas and delicious tiramisu. It was besides being very nice also delicious! A big 10 for the passion and enthusiasm of our chef Sam. The group was not too big and we also received all recipes by mail. Highly recommended!
This was such a fun experience. We loved our aprons and making the pasta. The only thing I would mention is that this experience was a little longer than advertised, the 2 1/2 hours was more like 3 1/2 so we needed to rush out at the end to go to another tour we had booked. Overall though, so much fun!
We really enjoyed this experience! So much fun making pasta, drinking wine and dessert! We learned a lot, laughed a lot and ate a lot!! So fun!!
This was very fun, informative and just overall a good atmosphere! We learned a lot while really enjoying the process!
