Florencia: clase de cocina de pasta con vino ilimitado





Descripción
Aprende a hacer pasta fresca, como las hacían nuestras abuelas en Italia. Le enseñaremos cada proceso y estaremos a su lado enseñándole cada paso. Prepararemos 3 tipos de pasta fresca como Ravioli, Tortellini y Tagliatelle, y al mismo tiempo también prepararemos salsas para acompañar como mantequilla y salvia, pomarola y ragú toscano a la antigua. No tendrás que traer nada porque todo el equipo te lo ofreceremos nosotros. Al final comeremos todo lo que hemos preparado. Durante la experiencia podremos beber buen vino toscano o de forma ilimitada. Nuestra escuela de cocina está situada en el interior de una torre medieval del siglo XII, a dos pasos de la Cúpula de Brunelleschi. Donde respirarás el aire y la vida de Dante Alighieri, padre de la lengua italiana pues la torre donde cocinaremos pertenecía a la familia de su esposa.

Amazing experience and we loved Edwardo!
Chef Giovanni was our guide and instructor for the lesson. He was so full of energy and passion for the craft, that we learnt to make pasta in a way that didn't feel particularly strict or scary and instead was a lot of fun. I would absolutely recommend people to book with anyone here if the other Chefs have even half his energy. We paid a bit more to have an evening lesson, which was worth it for us as we got to enjoy the wine with the making, and eating dinner that we had had a hand in making.
It’s was a very good experience, very didactic and you really learn to do pasta. I definitely do it again.

Chef Andrea was the best part of the experience. He was fun, engaging, and a great teacher, explaining everything clearly and paying close attention to everyone throughout the class. The food was delicious, and the group included families, couples, friends, and solo travelers, creating a nice atmosphere. The room was very hot, even with the fans, so air conditioning would make a big difference. Including a dessert would also be a nice addition to the experience.
