Entrance to the Cathedral itself is free; the price paid covers the services included in the booking, such as assistance from our host and access to the digital audio guide. The experience is also not advertised as skip-the-line, so waiting in the Cathedral’s public entrance line may be necessary, especially during busy periods. We are sorry that you experienced difficulty locating our representative. Our meeting-point information is provided on the booking voucher, and our team is present to assist guests with the experience and audio guide. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, but we encourage travelers to carefully review the inclusions and exclusions shown on the product page before booking, particularly regarding Dome access.

It is a hosted/timed meeting service, where you meet our representative at the selected time before entering the Cathedral. All visitors, including those with Skip-the-Line access where applicable, are required to pass through the mandatory security screening before entering. Unfortunately, there is no way to bypass these security checks. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure the product description is as clear as possible to avoid any misunderstanding.
