Hits all the right spots with time for the bird and butterfly exhibits. Duck boat is a must. Good host
Thank-you for the good review. Glad that you enjoy the army duck and see all the beautiful bird.
we paid $716 dollars for this trip and found it was overpriced for what we got, there were four of us on the tour and we made our way to Palm cove where the driver dropped us off and said we had 40 minutes to get a photo or coffee and then we had to be back at the van where we made our way to the army duck adventure and aussie bbq and had a look around the wild life park, the aussie bbq wasn't flash for the cost of the day duck drive was really good as the driver was quite funny and informative. We then were whisked off to Kuranda where again the driver dropped us off with no real info as to the history of the area and he told us the train leaves from the station, and he would meet us in Cairns at the completion of the ride. The train trip was wonderful and very informative with some beautiful scenery, unfortunately I can't recommend using infinity tours as I feel the price was way too excessive for what we received and upon returning to Cairns found out we could have got it a lot cheaper
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the Army Duck tour, the wildlife park, and the Kuranda Scenic Railway — they are wonderful experiences in our region. I’m sorry to hear that the overall day didn’t meet your expectations. We always aim to provide a smooth, enjoyable, and well‑supported experience, and your comments about communication and clarity are helpful for us as we continue improving our service. For transparency, our Kuranda + Rainforestation full‑day tour is AUD $295 per person. I’m not sure why you were charged AUD $716, as this amount does not match our pricing. If your booking was made through a third‑party platform, they may have added their own fees or package inclusions, but we are happy to look into this if you contact us directly. This tour is operated as a small‑group experience, which allows for more personal service, more space, and a more relaxed pace compared to large‑bus tours. During the drive to Palm Cove and up the Kuranda Range, our guide provides commentary about the history of Cairns, the rainforest, and the Kuranda region, and we’re sorry if this didn’t come across clearly on the day. The tour price includes: Entry to Rainforestation Nature Park (Army Duck, Wildlife Park, and BBQ lunch) Kuranda Scenic Railway tickets All transportation for the day, including hotel pickup and return Small‑group operation with personalised service Operational costs such as fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and staffing Commission fees charged by online travel agencies when bookings are made through them I truly appreciate you joining us and sharing your thoughts. While I’m disappointed the experience didn’t feel like good value for you, your feedback is important and will help us continue improving. I hope the rest of your time in Cairns was enjoyable.
Our guide’s name is ‘Man’ and he did a truly excellent job ! Man was happy to adjust our schedule to meet our cruise ship return needs and was an excellent guide. I think the best way I can explain how outstanding he was was to let you know that our original plans had to change due to a tree falling across a railway track on a train we were going to ride on. Man was able to adjust our itinerary so that we had an amazing time and arranged for tickets for us to ride this guy go to instead of the railway.. this reflected his commitment to making a great experience for us in spite of adversity, which was beyond his or our control Thanks Man! 🎉🙏🏼
Thank-you for your review. I will always try my best to delivery the best experience to my guest.
Man was excellent! He went out of his way to accommodate me and my needs. I would highly recommend him!
Thank-you!
Step back in time to appreciate an elegant old train station. It’s well kept. There is a cafe/ shop, toilets & easy access to take photos. We took photos as the train left the station, worth a visit just for the station even if you don’t have time to take the train ride.
Thank you for the review
