Everything was very easy to book. Nat was very friendly and knowledgeable,he had a lot of patience with my group. I would definitely recommend this activity and specifically with the tour guy Nat, he went above and beyond.

Although there is no pickupservice available and the name changed it is really a great experience. Beautiful spa inside. You are taken care of the moment you enter. From tea and a towel to clean your face and hands,and then the treatment didn't even started. It starts with a foot cleaning and massage, then they take you to a room. The whole building is very nice decorated also. The rooms are very spacious with a private shower. Beds are well too, even for my 1.95 centimeter. The massage was amazing ( I have been professional masseur myself, so I think I can give a objective review). The ladies were really synchronized when necessary and in good rhythm when not synchronized massages. 4hands always gives an extra if it is done well. And this was. I could choose the strength and also the oil. 65 minutes was done very fast. I wished I had booked more. And after massage you get tea, another towel, some fresh fruit. Really advisable
I was made to pay for the service. I’ve told them I’ve paid Viator and even showed the message. They said no such arrangement. So I’ve paid double. Please reimburse my payment
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Karona spa. First time ever trying a 4 hand massage, and would definitely recommend it - Neuk and Lida we're brilliant. The service at Karona was amazing throughout - the place was extremely clean with lovely scents, and we were also served complimentary teas and dragonfruit.
