Tulum fue declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Uno de los sitios más importantes de Tulum son las ruinas mayas, ubicadas en un acantilado frente al Mar Caribe. Es el sitio más fotogénico de todo el país. Debajo del acantilado se encuentra playa Paraíso, considerada una de las playas más increíbles de la Riviera Maya. Nuestros guías certificados te explicarán todas las maravillas que esconde Tulum.
Coba tiene la pirámide más alta del estado: Nohuch Mul, una hermosa cancha de pelota y una variedad de otras estructuras que puedes descubrir. Nuestros guías certificados le explicarán antes de llegar al sitio arqueológico y luego tendrá tiempo libre para explorar todas las maravillas escondidas en Cobá, tendremos 1.5 horas aproximadamente para explorar el lugar. Luego tendrá aproximadamente 1 hora para disfrutar de los platos regionales en el restaurante. *Debido a la contingencia por el COVID-19, por el momento no se permite subir a la pirámide de Nohoch Mul.
Tendrás aproximadamente una hora para explorar este cenote sagrado y nadar en sus aguas cristalinas. Ven a disfrutar de este maravilloso lugar para conectar con la naturaleza. Tenga en cuenta que el cenote visitado puede variar dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas, logística o ajustes de horario.
Si te hospedas entre Cancún y Playa del Carmen podrás explorar la avenida más importante de Playa del Carmen que es la Quinta Avenida, donde podrás caminar y ver los diferentes tipos de tiendas y el ambiente tropical que solo se puede vivir en la riviera maya

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Este tour es solo para hoteles en Cancún, Puerto Morelos y Riviera Maya hasta Playa del Carmen. Lo recogeremos en el lobby de su hotel en la Zona Hotelera, si se encuentra en el centro o en Airbnb le indicaremos su punto de encuentro. Háganos saber en qué hotel se hospeda para que podamos confirmar a través de Viator, mensaje de texto o correo electrónico la hora exacta y el lugar de su recogida. Un representante de nuestra empresa se pondrá en contacto con usted. Las recogidas en Cancún comienzan a las 7:00 a.m. Las recogidas en Riviera Maya comienzan a las 8:00 a.m.

The tour guide(s) didn't speak much English, although the tour description specifically states "Tour Language: English - Guide". We were handed over to a different tour guide for Coba, he didn't seem too knowledgeable and his English was very limited.

Three of us were picked up by van in Playacar area around 9 am as indicated to us. We were driven to a bus with toilet and air conditioning and the bus driver remained in the bus at all stops so our valuables were secure. The tour guide "Ernest" was very good, providing us with interesting facts and recommendations at each part of the tour. We visited Tulum first. Then we went to a MAYAN village for a Mayan ceremony and buffet lunch (which was great) and a swim in the Kuxtal cenote (instead of cenote Tankach-Ha that was stated in the tour description). Lifejackets were required but only cost 50 pesos. We were told by the guide that our photo would be taken for entry purposes to the Mayan village. However, the young person who took our photo used the photo without our permission to create a label for liquor that he was selling for $20 US. We bought the bottle with our photo on it, but the young person still has our photo on his camera which I didn't like. We arrived at COBA, paid $5 for the tax and another $4 for a bike rental. We were only given an hour to explore (instead of the 2 hours stated in the description) and since the largest ruin was approx. 3 miles in the woods meant that we had to rent the bikes which were old, single speed, and pedal braking but functional. Also our guide was not allowed on the COBA site so we had to either explore on our own or hire a local guide. We chose to explore on our own on the bikes. By the way, people can not climb up the Coba ruins any more which was disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed the tour but Viator should update their derscription to reflect the tour changes.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience with this tour group. The guides were very knowledgeable and took great care of us. The bus also had a bathroom in it which was a plus. The only things that I was bothered with was the fact that the description says breakfast and lunch included. But we only had lunch which was a late lunch. (Food was amazing). The bus also arrived 30 minutes late . And after touring Tulum,Coba and the Cenote we headed to Playa del Carmen which a lot of people didn’t know was on the schedule and we’re disappointed since it had already been a long day and people just wanted to go back to their hotels. All in all it was a fun day and I would recommend this tour.
