Last Thursday, 2nd July, my wife and I went on John's mural tour. We'd spent a week travelling around Ireland, visiting all the places my family came from, and I genuinely thought nothing could top what we'd experienced during the trip. John's tour was one of the last things we had planned before heading home, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our entire visit. It was fascinating to hear first-hand about that period of history, but what really stood out was John's passion and dedication. He took the time to explain everything clearly, presenting the history in a balanced and engaging way, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. I'd recommend this tour with John to anyone visiting Belfast without hesitation. It's an experience well worth doing, and when I come back, I'll definitely be booking it again. This tour was a massive highlight of our time in Belfast. Joe was an outstanding guide who brought the history of the area to life with so much local detail and genuine insight. He walked us through the significance of the murals, including the Bobby Sands wall, and gave us plenty of time to take everything in and even sign the Peace Wall.
