Great hike for a family of four wanting to experience the mountains and take some great photos! Amber was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, providing lots of information about the area. A stress free way to hike with family.
Amber was a great guide and photographer! I came to Big Bear on a solo trip, so that was an added bonus. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. She provided beautiful views of Big Bear Lake and input of fun things to do while in Big Bear! If you want something off the beaten path, she's a great person to go to.
The family-friendly nature hike was great and accommodating. We got an awesome view of the lake. Amber is very personable, engaging, and knowledgeable of the area. She also suggested to us some places locally to explore on our visit (and we did!). Fun time. We would definitely book another adventure with her.
I had an outstanding experience with Amber. She was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about the area. Throughout the hike, she shared interesting information about the local landscape, plant, and wildlife, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. They paced the hike well, ensured everyone felt comfortable and safe, and were attentive to the needs of the group. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude made the entire adventure memorable
I had a great time on this trail! It was an easy and enjoyable hike with beautiful views along the way. Amber was an amazing guide—her knowledge of the local flora and fauna was truly impressive. I learned so much and was constantly amazed by the interesting facts and insights she shared throughout the hike. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a scenic and informative outdoor adventure.
Lovely walk with Amber and her dog Luna 💕
I had a great hike with Amber. As we hiked, she told me about her experience hiking, trail running, and camping. She told me about things I wasn't already aware of about the area, including pointing out specific details about the city. We had good conversations. She was kind enough to cut me a break as I hadn't hiked in a higher altitude in a while. Next time I plan on booking a longer hike. Thank you Amber
Great experience, she was great! Gave us a lot of information as we were hiking. Would book again. ..
Amber is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. We learned a lot about the flora and fauna of Big Bear, and got to hike some of the iconic Pacific Crest Trail! Well worth it. Plus she gave us refreshments at the end!
Loved everything about it! Amber was so knowledgeable and gave a lot of great information during the hike. She found a beautiful area that was family friendly and even easy enough for my 74 year old mom to be able to join in. We loved all the amazing fall colors on this hike and my two boys were so excited to explore several tree forts and a wooden sea saw to play with during our hike.
