Hit or miss on the commentary Didn't talk about city that much. Stops you could easily do on your own with more or less time as wanted .
Ripley was a great guide! He made sure to give us plenty of information about each stop and was great at answering all of our questions. We never felt hurried and I especially enjoyed the Museum of the Nirth.
3 senior ladies never had a better time on a tour. Ripley picked us up right on time and gave us a day to remember. He was flexible, knowledgeable, personable and very patient - answering all our questions and making recommendations. 5 stars!
Wesley was our tour guide. Spent all day with him. Great information. The van was very comfortable. 4 different areas in about 7 hours. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience! Fantastic employees. Craig (?) who called to arrange my pickup was very professional. Ripley my guide was the best! She guided my tour with professional decorum yet was able to make it feel fresh and personal at the same time. 10/10. Would definitely book this tour again.
Our tour guide, Pepper was great! Informative and personable. Varied activities and fun experience. Would recommend.

Review of Fairbanks Heritage & Sightseeing Tour •O• Pending review This was the biggest value for money for our short stay in Fairbanks! We booked this through Viator. Our tour guide Pepper was the best part of the tour - she shared a lot of info about the Alaskan history, the culture, and her local perspective on the lifestyle here. She took extra care for us in the tour to answer our son's questions on the weather, Northern lights and the pipeline. Highly recommend this for groups who are short on time or want a quick tour to get a taste of the Fairbanks experience in summer! Thank you Pepper for the memorable experience!
We really enjoyed our tour in Fairbanks. I think our guide was Pepper, and she was really nice and knowledgeable. We only had the one day in Fairbanks, and we would not have been able to see everything we did on our own. I found the trip well paced, informational, and enjoyable.

We booked our tour six months ago and received a phone call the day prior as they didn't have enough people to go on the tour. They offered us a free upgrade on another tour but we weren't interested in that one so our tour was transferred to AK Bucket List. Gina, the owner was personable and told us there would be one other couple so we'd be in a 5 passenger SUV and we'd get an extended customized tour. Gina was not the tour guide. She had another tour operator, Kendall, give us the tour. He showed up in a small 5 passenger SUV. I was crammed in the middle seat. My husband who is 6'2" was behind the driver and had his knees crunched to his chest. We were told where we were going, how long we'd be at each spot, nothing was customized and we were done at 1:30, only a four hour tour, not five hours as booked. Additionally, Kendall seemed very disinterested in the tour. We felt it was a total waste of money and wished we rented a car and drove around on our own as nothing is very far and the information the guide gave we could have read, he even told us not to read anything because he was providing the same information. Additionally, we almost had an accident as he was driving fast and didn't realize the car in front of him was going to turn. I had to yell woah to alert him and he slammed on the brakes. Not a good tour at all.
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're truly sorry your tour experience fell short of expectations and we're especially concerned about the safety issue you described with the driving. That's not acceptable. We work hard to rebook guests when tours are cancelled so they can still have a great Fairbanks experience, but what you're describing is not at all up to our standards. We will be reviewing this experience directly with AK Bucket List. Please call our office and we can work together to make this right. We appreciate your honesty, and we're sorry we didn't deliver what you paid for.
