Good idea badly implemented
Tech is good idea but badly implemented. Screen are too small and easy to make mistake. Spend more time trying to to ensure ur on correct path rather than enjoying experience.

hi thank you for your review but you are the first person who's complaining about our screen ! Its a tablet and not a mobile phone . If you are of course used on a screen as in a Tesla than its obvious that this screen would be too small for you !
Even with a whole staff behind you to help you out, it was not enough! what a pity !

Rolling Geeks 3 Cities Tour - USA Travelers "Approach with Caution"
Picture yourself driving a golf cart limited to 15 mph (20kMh) with a GPA that cannot keep up with the route and ends and restarts at every 'destination,' with Malta drivers impatiently on your tail dying aggressively passing you and you have the Rolling Geeks Experience. While we were both warned and then blamed for being Americans who simply could not keep up with the EU style roads and drivers, this experience overall was very disappointing. We completed the easier coastal route but simply had to give up when the turn by turn navigation could not keep up in the city section of the drive. The tour operator attempted to help us navigate but we could not even follow their instructions over the blare of the vocal turn by turn navigation system. Ultimately, we were met by the tour assistant and guided back to the base city where they graciously drove us around it to complete the tour.
Simply the wrong type of vehicle and navigation system set up (the tour assistant had to reboot it when we pulled over and stopped our trip). It's not cheap ($113 USD) so approacht this tour with extreme caution my dear Yankees.

Dear Customer I remember you very well as client!
You did the tour the first half perfectly and than you made some mistakes. We were trying to help you by giving you instructions via our communication system but even than you couldn't manage and you gave up. " Approach with caution for American travellers" Let's not Exaggerate because why you were than so happy that after we drove you graciously the last part of the tour and you both said it was fantastic ! The whole team was here for you during the tour to make it a succes but that didn't help. Maybe next time you better do this kind of tour with a driver. I don't know. We just did our best !
By the way we never blamed you to be American but just told you about some habits in driving with a GPS. Kind regards

Perfect way to see the sites!
Great way to see great sites around the harbor. If you’re not up to a lot of walking the sun, this is the way to go.
The staff is incredibly helpful.

Loved driving a golf cart - wish we had a leader
The idea of this tour is FUN! Practically speaking, it was stressful to drive on what is to us the opposite side of the road. We felt too distracted by the GPS to enjoy the sites. For sure the Rolling Geeks team was on call to get us going when we got off course! We think it would have been more relaxing following a leader

Hi i understand very much what you mean but the fact that you driving alone is just our concept, knowing that we are following you all the time and are there to help you in case of! Initial Contact
First of all we will not be doing this activity until June 2027, however.....Before booking I needed to ask a question about the location of Rolling Geeks relative to our cruise ship. The answer from Kris Rycken at Rolling Geeks came back very promptly and specifically answered my questions. Next the website misbehaved when I tried to book and once again Kris came straight back with confirmation of the booking. This is first class service and we are looking forward to meeting Kris and enjoying the adventure. If you are visiting Malta give them a try.

Great fun way to see malta three cities
A really fun way to see the three cities. Pointed out the history and points of interest. Covered a large area that we couldn't have done on foot. We really enjoyed the ride.

Fun on four wheels !
A great couple of hours spent driving around the streets of Malta seeing things you would never see on foot
Really enjoyed it definitely would recommend
Great communication with the team if we took a wrong turning
Book this trip, you won’t be disappointed

Do it!
It was crazy hot weather on our rental day, we had a small issue with the GPS system onboard and we took a few wrong turns. And all those things just added up to a SUPER FUN DAY!
Yeah it was crazy hot but what can you do? The Rolling Geeks gave us some bottled water and we just bought more along the way. The GPS technical issue was fixed in just a few minutes with a phone call and one of the staff drove to our location and we were back on our way in a few minutes. Any time we veered off course they just give you a ring via the onboard system and get you back on the right track. We had a great time and so will you!

Amaze amaze amaze
Amaze amaze amaze! This was the highlight of my trip and I would recommend everyone do this.
From the informative and funny briefing, to the tour itself, I didn’t stop smiling.
We were a party of 11 and hired 3 buggies. We accepted a guide to follow who had their own buggy and she did a great job. The buggies have an audio guide giving you information about what you can see around you and a pre determined gos route to get it all in.
We spent in all about 3-3.5 hours on this trip and I would happily do it all again.
Great value for money.
