Unfortunately we could not recommend this experience. The activities feel very rushed and then we were made wait close to 2 hours for the ride back to the hotel. - The horseback ride was literally 10 minutes including getting on and off the horse; it was advertised as 30min. - We spent no more than 15 min at the cenote, which included a short dip and drying off. Our guide was already looking for us to get back into the vehicle. - You're not allowed take your phones with you for "safety reason" on the ATV and ziplines, which we could understand even though we never encountered this practice in other places both in and outside of the U.S. for similar activities. At the end they wanted to charge us an additional 1200 MXN for the photos. When we declined, they came back to us with an off of 800MXN, which we still politely declined as we were perfectly happy to not have to remember this day. Overall the activities were advertised as 7hrs of excursion on Viator. We were picked up at 830am (our driver was very nice), 1 hr of driving to get to the park plus some for filling out waivers, started our first activity at 10am, finished the last one by 12pm. It wasn't until past 2pm that we got picked up for the drive back.
We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. Our tours are designed as multi-activity experiences, where timing may vary depending on group size, logistics, and safety briefings required for each activity. While horseback riding and cenote time are part of a shared itinerary, durations can sometimes feel shorter as the experience is distributed across all activities included. Please note that the tour is advertised as a 7-hour experience including transportation time. We always recommend reviewing the itinerary in advance, as it provides a clearer breakdown of the approximate duration for each activity. Regarding the waiting time for transportation, we understand how this can be frustrating, and we are actively working with our operators to improve coordination and reduce these delays. Concerning phones and photos, for safety reasons personal devices are not allowed during certain activities. The photo packages are optional and offered by the park, and we understand they may not suit every guest. We truly take your feedback into account, as it helps us continue improving both communication and overall experience. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
This is excursion was one for the books. I had an amazing time with our tour guide. From zip lining to atving and the cenote. I wouldn’t change anything.
This tour was such an adventure from start to finish! We got picked up in Cancun and headed to Puerto Morelos, where we rode horses through the jungle, drove ATVs on muddy trails, flew across zip lines, and cooled off in a beautiful cenote. Everything was so well organized, and the staff made us feel safe and excited the whole time. It was the perfect mix of adrenaline and nature — an unforgettable day!
