Somos una bodega vitivinícola a tan sólo 15min de San Miguel de Allende, nos caracterizamos por la producción de vinos de calidad que armonizan de manera increíblecon o sin alimentos. En nuestro recorrido se visita la vinícola, donde te damos una explicación detallada de lo que son nuestras micro fermentaciones así como producciones completamente personalizadas. Visitarás además nuestra cava subterránea de barricas para entender la importancia de ésta etapa. Terminamos la experiencia en nuestro emblemático botellero donde se lleva a cabo la cata de vinos a través de una experiencia sensorial con alimentos.

Excellent experience and great explanation from Eber, we enjoyed the entire tour a lot.
We book for in tour and sensory tasting. The place is beautiful we were not in harvest times but its wines are excellent and delicious and what to say about its olive oil more than a delight. We move on to their store later where you can buy and admire everything they produce. Lavender oils, rosemary, olive and of course its excellent wines. We love them.
The experience begins with a tour of the winery, which is quite interesting. With regard to wine tasting, the dynamic is well armed, with the necessary elements to carry it out. However, I thought I lacked more order and take the public step by step to taste the wine correctly and guess what it was. I was rushed, which did not allow to enjoy it 100%
Great location with a very interesting experience, the beautiful bottler as well as the rest of the facilities. We really liked it.
