En 4 años de actividad en mi tienda de pasta, recibí muchas nominaciones: en la prestigiosa guía "Gambero Rosso" de 2017 y como la mejor entre las 10 fábricas de pasta en Roma. En Italia, la "fábrica de pasta" es un lugar donde se produce y vende pasta fresca a quienes desean cocinarla en casa. Me inspiré en la pasta que mi abuela solía preparar cuando era niña. Fue una pasta muy especial y hoy cumplí mi sueño porque me enorgullece enseñar a cientos de personas que quieren aprender a comer pasta saludable de acuerdo con la verdad. Tradición italiana transmitiendo todo el amor y la pasión de mi familia. Hoy me dedico a organizar clases de cocina de alto valor para enseñar cómo hacer pasta artesanal fresca de una manera simple y efectiva, logrando así hacer todas las recetas de la lección en casa.

What a terrific evening in Rome- great way to learn pasta making by a true professional and have fun along the way. No expertise needed- so great for families with teenagers. Chef Angelo is so charming & kind- and he totally knows his pasta! Loved our experience- will recommend to all our friends!
It was a lot of fun. My wife and I really enjoyed it. It was educational and the atmosphere was good.
Phenomenal time with Angelo. We attended the class with our two teenage boys, 17 & 15, and they said it was the best part of our trip to Italy. Angelo did an amazing job explaining everything and made it fun at the same time. I am ready to cook homemade pasta at home. Grazie Angelo!
It was very informative ,hands on from scratch thru all the prossess. We had a lot of fun and learning

excellent and exciting. I was skeptical if i can learn anything new l, but I did indeed. The chef is very knowledgeable, and explaiins everything.. Observes you while working and corrects the technique . A must do in Rome
