This was an amazing cooking experience. We would absolutely do this again! Everyone involved in the tour was incredibly kind and friendly, and very inviting.
this excursion was the highlight of our trip to Cabo. Chef Caroline and her cast were amazing, from start to finish! we began and ended with tequila, something i did not like prior to this trip; Georgé was amazing! the Caroline welcomed us into her house for a cooking class that was much more like a family meal… we drank a margaritas and cooked, ate and laughed… boy did we laugh! if a return trip to Cabo appears on our agenda, i can assure you we will be visiting Sweet Caroline again… so good, so good!!
If you really want to have the most authentic culinary experience while visiting the Cabo San Lucas area, this is the tour to book! So much fun!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our hostess and the wonderful group we had the pleasure of meeting. Food: 100! Drinks: 100! Organization: 100! Everything spot on except dont use uour hands to remove seeds from peppers... use a spoon or knife. My nails and cuticles burned for 12 hours. Otherwise highly recommend!

This cooking class was fantastic! The history of cacao and mole was fascinating to learn. Issi was a gracious host who perfectly adapted the class to the varied knowledge of the guests. Highly recommend!

We brought our family of 6 (all adults) and had an incredible experience! Karina was top notch - entertaining, knowledgeable and so fun. We drank, we ate, we learned and we had the best time! We will be back on our next trip to learn a new dish and have a blast! We have been to Cabo many times and done a lot of different activities, and this one was the best by far!
Great way to experience excellent Cabo, Mexican cuisine with lots of fun information and good times. We visited authentic markets to procure the ingredients, chopped cooked assembled and ate an amazing meal! We learned a lot also about cacao and mole and experienced wonderful music at the same time! Excellent driving and information beyond the food prep! Had great fun, making our own margaritas. Highly recommend for a group or individuals or anyone who wants to learn more about cooking excellent Mexican cuisine and who wants to enjoy a fabulous meal!
