Such an amazing experience, I particularly enjoyed the massage…I felt like a whole new person afterwards. I would recommend this.

The staff was nice but both the Turkish bath and the massage I got afterwards was average. Overall it’s a lovely place.

Great experience. Quick and easy booking. Hotel transfer there and back was also smooth. Highly recommended for anyone.

Booking went super easy, communication through the planner and transfer was good. At the location weird they friendly and helpful.

It was ok but in the picture u could see a jacuzzi that’s why I chose it but when I got the the jacuzzi was outside not inside like in the pictures so not really over the top experience

Unusual but enjoyable experience. Everything was explained so we knew what to expect. It did feel a little like a production line as there were quite a few people waiting. The staff doing the scrubbing and soaping looked really bored and were not really engaging with customers. We opted for a 40 minute massage afterwards. I requested the massage to be not too hard (I have back problems). The massage was quite brutal and even when I flinched/indicated it was painful, she carried on. I developed several bruises afterwards. Not quite as relaxing as I had hoped.

This was a wonderful Turkish experience. It was worth the visit. There were probably more requested services than employees available when we attended so plan to be there at least 2-2.5 hours if you add on a massage . Mete was my driver who communicated well and arrived on time.

Visited this place four friends for a relaxing massage . From start it was a disaster . I mentioned to the gentleman the if the massage was done by experienced ladies someone who knows what they doing . He lied and said all the ladies are from Thailand and Nepal . We went I. For the Turkish scrub the lad who were doing that were a joke . Slapping , twisting customers joints really hard and thinking it’s funny to do so . The scrubbing wasn’t done properly. We went onto our massage . All the girls for all four of us were from Ghana ( not Thai or Nepal ) the massage table had the most disgusting smell the towels were wet I told the lady to change the towel , only to replace it with another smelly one . She didn’t have a clue about massage . But to make her talk I said it’s the most amazing massage . She said all the girls took one month training in Ghana and three in turkey when they arrived . We left after our massage following day two of us had bruises and one of us couldn’t move our shoulder with a rash and was in agony . What a waste of £ 340 . Please avoid like a plague I don’t want anyone else to be given false info and experience this dirty , nasty & dishonest place . The picture in the ad doesn’t match the experience. It’s located about 20 minutes from the city. I’m not certain how sanitary the washing table is because I didn’t see them clean it before or after the baths. Massage was an add on. It was nice. Do not recommend this place or Viator. I was charged twice and had to chat with 4 people to get it rectified.

Pickup was an hour before schedule start time, and was changed the night before. Short drive to the bath. Then waited to get Brought in. First you change into bathing suit, then go into sauna. Once you are done in Sauna, you wait in line for scrub and foam massage. Then you go upstairs and wait for massage. The whole experience took 4 hours including pickup, much longer than the published 2 hours. Be wary, drinks upstairs are not free. Also, the wait for shuttle might be long. It was good value for money, but again dont go in a hurry. there were a lot of people from our ship, maybe it would be better without a cruise in port.
