A diferencia de las experiencias de cocina baratas que simplemente combinan productos comerciales, esta experiencia es exclusiva de Kappabashi, la ciudad de los cuchillos de cocina, y utiliza un gran cuchillo de cocina especialmente diseñado para la preparación de fideos para probar a cortar fideos en rodajas finas sin usar ninguna maquinaria, aplicando la técnica de corte soba-soba que se ha utilizado desde el período Edo. Una herramienta sistemática original que completa una experiencia tan tradicional en solo 30 minutos. Después de hacer los fideos, puede elegir su sabor favorito y probar los aderezos en su asiento. Our group had an amazing time at this ramen-making class! The entire experience was incredibly well organized, and you can tell they’ve thought of every detail to make it fun and stress-free. The instructors kept the class entertaining while teaching us how to make delicious ramen from scratch. We especially appreciated that they took photos throughout the class so we could simply enjoy the experience. This is a top-notch establishment and absolutely worth the price. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!

This experience was a 10 of 10 experience. The host was amazing. He was so attentive. He made sure me and my daughter enjoyed our self. We laughed the whole way through. The food was amazing 10 / 10 anytime I come to Japan I will definitely come back

The soba noodles were very carefully taught and the result was very delicious. I think it's highly recommended for international guests.
