It was fun. Food tasted good, but it was super touristy. No flavor or spice. The entertainment was a band who at best played like a school band and two singers who sang cover songs but the couldn’t hold a tone. They came across as good at making a party and the guests seems to find them funny overall. We sat on the upper deck and had a great view of the city. It was a good time, but why not get someone who can sing and play is beyond me.

Cancelled last minute as overbooked! Second time this has happened. So unable to give it a review other than the poor customer service
Dear Zoe, Thanks for the email but let me share the full story. You made the booking in the morning for the same day cruise. This booking was on REQUEST only. As the cruise was full (not overbooked), my team sent you an email asking if you can change the date and you said you cant, so we refunded 100% back to you already. This is not the second time this has happened as we can see your bookings as well and this was the only first time with us. I am not sure how this is bad customer service when we even contacted you about this and you replied back and we refunded in full! Lovely to see the lights along the river. Music was very loud so no chance of conversation. Food was fairly good but not sure of value for money.

Great cruise for viewing the temples at night and good dinner and entertainment. Have to purchase beverages at a high price but expected. Overall very good experience and well worth the money.

The traditional dancers were amazing! The lead vocalist wasn't so great although she tried. She should leave the singing to the mail vocalist. The food wasn't that great either.
