El Parque Selvatura ofrece una experiencia inmersiva en el Bosque Nuboso de Monteverde con una gran variedad de actividades. Los buscadores de aventura pueden disfrutar de uno de los tours de canopy más largos de Costa Rica, con 13 cables, 18 plataformas y un Tarzán Swing. Para una experiencia más tranquila, los visitantes pueden caminar a lo largo de ocho puentes colgantes con impresionantes vistas del bosque. El parque también cuenta con una exhibición de mariposas vivas con más de 20 especies, un Hábitat Perezoso que imita su entorno natural y un Tour de Reptiles y Anfibios que muestra especies icónicas como ranas arbóreas de ojos rojos, ranas de vidrio y constrictores de boas. Esta experiencia ofrece una visión única de la rica biodiversidad de Monteverde.

Everything is taken care of smoothly, from the booking to the pick-up to the zipline-experience and the sloth tour. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and my family and I (three kids 15, 17 and 18 yrs old) wouldn’t have missed this experience for the world. My daughter left her AirPods at the park and they went out of their way to make sure she got them back. Five star rating all-over ✨

My family had an excellent time at Selvatura! The zipline team was efficient and we felt very safe and had SO much fun! The hanging bridges views are amazing. Our guide, Steven, was very knowledgeable as he took us through the reptile and amphibian exhibit, butterful garden, and sloth habitat. We got very lucky as a few of the sloths were much more active than expected, too!

We visited at the end of May 2026 and we did both the jungle walk through the cloud forest and ziplining tour. I would recommend doing both and ziplining first earlier in the day. This allowed us to really take our time (~2hrs) while waking through the forest. We saw quite a few critters (even a monkey) and just really enjoyed walking along the bridges through the tree canopies. The instructors for ziplining were safety oriented and focused on everyone having a really great time. Going through the canopies was amazing. Down time between lines was extremely minimal. They have the whole process down to a science. My fiance did the superwoman Zipline at the end and loved it. 10/10 would recommend. Our tour guide was William. He was great and made sure we had a good time!

The zipline guides were outstanding: knowledgeable, kind, and fun. The guide in the sloth sanctuary was also wonderful, and we learned a lot. I would recommend doing the sloth sanctuary last, however, because it is warm and damp, and it made us all so sleepy after a day of activity.

Our family of 4 had a blast on the zip lines . What incredible views ! There is a bit of uphill walking so this is not an activity for those with mobility impairment. There is also an optional “Tarzan swing “ at the very end where you jump off a 3 story platform - totally optional . The crew was helpful , albeit a bit disorganized . When they gave the intro / orientation to our group, another group walked in on us and disturbed us about half way through. When it was time for action , everyone went ahead, even those who were not part of the first group and weren’t there for the beginning of the orientation - the crew had no idea who was who and didn’t keep track of how many ppl were in the party .

Tours are amazing. The hanging bridges walk is long, so be prepared and go to the restrooms right before departing. We got to see a howler monkey on one of the bridges, lots of beautiful birds, and some really awesome insects. We ate at the restaurant and our server, Maga, was fantastic. Spoke English perfectly and made great recommendations. Her carrot cake was amazing. The guided parts of the park was also well worth the cost. So much to learn and the guides are extremely helpful. Temp was a bit cool, so please dress for the day, long sleeves and a light rain jacket recommended.
