Laura is just fantastic! She organized this wonderful tour with an all-round carefree package. Everything was perfectly planned, we had to worry about absolutely nothing. During the train ride she provided me with all kinds of interesting and funny facts. The stops in Chur, Disentis and Andermatt were well selected and there was enough time for food and drink as well as game and fun. Everything was extremely sympathetic and authentic! Laura knows how to hold a group together and excite them. She responded to individual requests and gave us a trip that was 100% adapted to our needs. I would love to come back! ❤️

What an amazing day! Laura was fantastic on the premium glacier tour! We are from Florida and we were hoping to see snow! Well Laura definitely came through with the snow request! She provided an experience we will never forget!

Laura was awesome. She was super accommodating with my family members that had mobility issues, she was very informative. She explained all of the sights and the area giving excellent information. She helped find seats that gave us an excellent view of the beautiful countryside. By the end of the trip, it was like sharing the day with a friend rather than a tour. Also, the restaurant in Disintis was excellent. It is a highly recommended add-on.

Phenomenal. My husband and I devoted the second day of our stay in Zürich during our 10 year wedding anniversary trip to this tour and it was the highlight of our vacation. It was just us and Laura, our delightful guide. She engaged us in the history, the geography, the culture, and the food. She also knows here Way around a photo op! Friendly. Not crowed. Reasonable walks. Stunning views.

Laura is spectacular! Very friendly and has a lot of knowledge, besides drones technology 😂😂😂. She is very kind and the tour was as expected.

We had a brilliant day on this tour. The scenery from Chur to Andermatt was simply stunning, with Laura pointing out little details we would have missed. Lunch was excellent, served in a charming restaurant with mountain views. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to see Switzerland in style.

We had an amazing Glacier Express tour with Laura at Hello Switzerland Tours. Laura is one of the nicest, sweetest tour guides we’ve had who is so knowledgeable and super accommodating. Laura made sure that she tailored this private tour to our liking. We even had an amazing gourmet lunch at Desantis in a beautiful, cozy restaurant! So happy that I canceled a previous similar booking that would only serve you lunch inside the train. Going outside and seeing the city, getting some fresh air, and eating that sumptuous lunch was definitely a better experience than that other Glacier Express tour. I highly recommend upgrading to the Premium First Class train tickets as we mostly had the train cars to ourselves the entire time. Laura also gave us the time to take some great photos and even took our pics at some favorite spots. This was a wonderful experience to see the Swiss mountains, valleys, and alps and highly recommend Laura with Hello Switzerland Tours!!

Laura was an absolutely wonderful guide. She was engaging, managed a fairly large group of us and was so much fun. We had a lot of guides on this Rhine River cruise with time in Switzerland, but she by far exceeded everyone else. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Laura.. I really hope to see you again!

I booked this as a solo traveller and was delighted with how personal it felt. Laura was an excellent guide, full of knowledge and clearly passionate about her country. The train journey from Zurich to Andermatt was smooth and comfortable, and I could take pics from my seat without difficulty. The lunch stop was a treat. The restaurant’s terrace gave a splendid view of the surrounding peaks. I would happily do this tour again and see the Alps in a different season.

We had a free day between meetings and booked this private tour for our small team. It was exactly what we needed. Comfortable first class seats, incredible mountain views, and no stress about planning. Laura’s commentary was engaging without being overwhelming.
