Nice tour, driver Bader was particularly nice, sharp on time and very kind. Jerash is a wonderful site if you like Roman ruins, as they are well preserved.

Basel, our driver was great! He was very punctual picking us up/dropping us off to our local tour guide. We felt very safe in the car with him. The local guide was knowledge, but we had higher expectations given the cost of the private tour. For a fraction of the price, you can take your own taxi from Amman and pay a local guide to show you Jerash for cheap. Highly recommend to do this on your own instead of through a private tour.
We regret to know that your experience fell short of your expectations on the price, despite your comments of the excellent service provided from us of our English Speaking Driver in a modern sedan new vehicle with AC, water, and WIFI. Your opinion is very important to us, and was well noticed as well as valued. However, please take note our prices are very well studied since the prices we offer are value for money service, as we are not the most expensive nor the least expensive; especially when it comes to private services we just nail it! Since this is a private tour all-inclusive as mentioned under inclusions, it should be differed than doing it on travelers own, especially as you mention the elements of safety, punctuality, and knowledge. These items sum it all for us! Thank you.

Our driver Bada, picked us up from the Intercontinental Amman on time & drove us to Jerash. He was very helpful & obliging, guiding us through the hoards of touts & sellers. Bada introduced us to our guide Hamid. He led a fascinating tour of Jerash, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to answer question. At the end od the tour Bada met us, buying us water & juice, he drove us back to Amman and dropped us off in the down town area

Booked this tour through trip advisor and was completely thrilled to be connected with our driver Hasan. He went out of his way before hand to check on the weather and offer us an earlier pickup time for our comfort. He arrived promptly to our hotel pickup location and treated my group to Turkish coffee (which was delicious!) He was considerate, highly knowledgeable, and just a genuinely fun person to get to know and spend the ride with. Our guide at Jerash was also very well versed in the site and a life long scholar, he catered the tour to our specific interests and helped us get to the most photogenic perches. All in all, you will feel safe, well looked after, nourished physically and mentally. I would do it all again, and can't recommend enough.
