Experimente un recorrido interactivo por la fábrica. Adéntrate en este apasionante y auténtico mundo de fantasía del chocolate y descubre cómo se elabora este manjar suizo. Observe la producción de chocolate, reúnase con el pastelero del espectáculo y, por supuesto, pruebe el delicioso chocolate. En la tienda outlet de fábrica puedes comprar todo tipo de chocolates suizos. Date un capricho con varias muestras y haz tu propia barra. Si te encanta el chocolate, ¡has venido al lugar indicado!
Visite la interesante quesería de la lechería Appenzeller en Stein AR y podrá descubrir cómo se elabora el queso más sabroso de Suiza con leche y hierbas naturales suizas. Maravíllate ante la impresionante bodega, donde se almacenan hasta 12.500 ruedas de queso, e intenta adivinar los ingredientes más secretos del mundialmente famoso queso Appenzeller durante una degustación de queso. Audioguía disponible en 8 idiomas: inglés, francés, español, portugués, italiano, chino, japonés y coreano. Aquí también tendrás tiempo para disfrutar de un snack o comida en el restaurante.
Siga a su guía turístico en un paseo por el pintoresco pueblo de Appenzell y aprenda más sobre las antiguas tradiciones y costumbres de esta región mientras recorre las tiendas especializadas locales en la zona peatonal con sus fachadas de madera decorativamente pintadas.
El Schwägalppass es un paso a 1278 m sobre el nivel del mar. Tendremos un corto paseo y disfrutaremos del hermoso paisaje suizo antes de abordar el teleférico aéreo a la cima de la montaña.
2502 m sobre el nivel del mar, el Säntis es la montaña más alta de la parte oriental de Suiza y es la montaña de aventura ideal para jóvenes y mayores. El teleférico circula cada 30 minutos desde Schwägalp hasta la cumbre de Säntis. En la cumbre hay dos restaurantes modernos y un mundo de aventura interactiva para unos 400.000 visitantes al año. Desde aquí se tiene una maravillosa vista sobre los magníficos Alpes suizos. (Debido a la renovación del teleférico al Monte Santis (mayo-noviembre de 2026), el guía le acompañará a otra montaña, también en teleférico. Ya sea Kronberg, Ebenalp o Hoher Kasten, dependiendo del clima y los deseos de los huéspedes.)

Martin is a one of a kind in this industry. So informative, patient, and allows you to do things at your pace and never feel rushed. This experience is a MUST DO if you are in the area. It is a full day excursion with some driving, but the sites during the drive are breath taking! And then the Chocolate factory and Cheese factory experiences were exceptional.....AND TASTY :). Plenty of time to taste and buy some souvenirs. And then we had the best weather and views to ride up to the mountain top for even more spectacular views! Just amazing! Great day out of Zurich to visit the beauty of Switzerland. Exceeded my expectations. Our driver, Martin, was very accommodating and friendly. He accommodated my Mother’s slower pace and we were able to see so much and the 8000 foot view with lunch at the top of the gondola was amazing! The drive through the countryside and farms was lovely. The cheese and chocolate factories were self guided tours.

Martin, our tour guide was excellent. He gave us a lot of information about the region and swiss culture. He drove us safely and professionally through the winding and hilly roads. The appenzeller tows is super cute and you can buy good quality cheeses and liquors from the region. The main reason for giving this tour an average qualification is because the chocolate and cheese tours are self guided, especially the cheese tour is super disappointed. You go and watch son videos and see the factory through a crystal wall. No one explain you anything. Not even what are the type of cheeses that you are going to taste in the sample tasting. I don’t think that the price you are paying for the tour which is about 1000 USD is consistent with the experience. If you want to watch a video you go to youtube. This experience must be improved.

We enjoyed a perfect day with our guide Martin! We learned so much about Swiss culture and history along the way as we traveled from experience to experience. The day was the perfect combination of local culture, amazing food, and the beautiful outdoor experience at Mt Santis. This trip met all of our (high) expectations. At our own pace, we were driven around a gorgeous part of the country. Our driver was flexible to allow us as little or as much time as we preferred in different places, like a longer lunch but a shorter time at the gondola (which was partially clouded over). After a somewhat disappointing river cruise, the service and the pace was a breath of fresh air and our favorite place of 5 countries visited. This was pricey but worth every penny.
