Luka was a fantastic guide! We had a very interesting day, tasted many great wines, learned a lot, and ate wonderful food. We appreciated Luka's knowledge and friendliness, along with his vast knowledge of history and current issues impacting Croatia. We particularly appreciated the flexibility to add an additional windery that was of great interest to us.
The scenic drive was wonderful and the small family run winery we stopped in was lovely! Marlais was wonderful. The daughter in law of the owners gave us a tour of her garden and provided our tasting. She was sweet and their wines were phenomenal! Our Driver Ivan was very knowledgeable about wine and provide a lot of historical perspective on wine and all things Croatia. We stopped in Mali Ston for a little Oysters and a meal. It was just a great day!
It was a beautiful trip visiting three interesting wineries. Each place provided delicious snacks, including the best tasting oysters! Ivan was a wonderful guide, accommodating our agenda.
Ivan was so wonderful! He was very knowledgeable in wine and Croatian history. He was one of the reasons it was so wonderful. We stopped at 3 wineries each for 45 min and then stopped in Mail Ston for a beautiful seafood lunch at Bota Šare. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience!
Drive along the coast to the peninsula. 3 different wineries from small to large to unique. Fantastic seafood in Mali Ston. Excellent guide with great knowledge and amusing stories.
3 great wineries! Great stories! Wonderful selections of quality wines highly rated. Nice charcuterie boards. Ivan was informative and well versed in history. Altogether a fascinating day!
Ivan was a very knowledgeable and affable host who took us to the best wineries and eateries on the peninsula. We had such a great time and would recommend this tour to anyone who likes good wine and food. Five stars all around.
The tour was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He chose wonderful wineries and an amazing place for lunch!
Visited Ston town, 3 vineries and a great place for lunch. Our guide gave us all the relevant information and updated us on the context. Happy to have done this private tour.
We had the pleasure of meeting Drazen when we arrived at the airport. We enjoyed our drive into Dubrovnik and were able to request him later in the week for the tour to Ston and the wine tasting. We had a rainy start but he made the experience fun nonetheless. He even suprised me with a birthday dessert at the restaurant at which we had lunch. We had a different driver (also awesome) for our transfer back to the airport. In the early hour of our departure, my husband forgot to return the hotel key. He walked outside of the airport to phone the hotel and who did he run into? Drazen himself, he had just dropped someone else to the airport. He told him what happened and Drazen gladly said he would help. He took the key and said he would return it to the hotel later in the day. He wouldn't take a top for his trouble either. A very friendly guy who went above and beyond at every turn. We can't say enough good things about Drazen. The tour was also fantastic and the wineries were lovely. We wished we could have seen more of Ston but with the rain it just wasn't possible.
