Nuestro guía de habla inglesa lo levantará desde el vestíbulo del hotel del área de la ciudad de Bangkok a las 8 am y saldrá al Parque Histórico de Ayutthaya o a las Ruinas de Ayutthaya, la Ciudad Antigua, como también se la conoce. Esta antigua capital, dispuesta a 80 km de Ayutthaya, fue aplastada por la fuerza armada birmana en 1767 y actualmente es un sitio del legado mundial de la UNESCO. Un extenso número de castillos, santuarios y chedis todavía están en pie. En 1782 Ayutthaya se convirtió en la capital de Tailandia. Las principales atracciones incorporan las colosales estatuas de bronce de Vihara Phra Mongkhon Bophit, además de Wat Phra Sri Sanphet y Wat Yai Chai Mang Khon.
El Palacio de Verano Bang Pa-In contiene una variedad de llamativas estructuras repartidas entre cuidados jardines, andamios, lagos y fuentes con forros de estatuas.

Wat Phra Chao Phya-thai, popularmente conocida como Wat Yai Chai Mongkol, está dispuesta hacia el sureste de la ciudad. El extenso chedi se puede ver desde una extraordinaria separación. Esta comunidad religiosa fue trabajada por el rey U-Thong, que descubrió a los grupos de Chao Kaeo y Chao Thai que patearon el cubo del cólera e incineraron en 1357. Wat Lokayasutharam se organiza en el distrito de Pratoochai, detrás del Antiguo Palacio y la Escuela Primaria Pratoochai, en el territorio de Wat Worapoh (Wat Rakhang) y Wat Worachettharam. Wat Lokayasutharam se encuentra a 800 metros del Wat Phra Mongkon Bophit. Wat Worachettharam y Wat Worapoh también están cerca. Trip was fantastic the guide and driver where both very good, Bella and Ray both did fantastic job, Bella explained us throughout the tour ,took photos and made the experience worth ,telling others to get them as there guided tour
The day trip to Ayutthaya was completely worth it. The older capital of Thailand is reasonably close to Bangkok and has some of the most spectacular temples and palaces, with not one but two reclining Buddhas. 🙏🪷🙏 Our guide Kit was fabulous. He was knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and explained everything very well, answered our countless questions and took a million pictures. Ray, our driver, was excellent in navigating Thai traffic. We had a large van that was spacious. Highly recommend the tour. Your trip to Thailand will not be complete without going to Ayutthaya.
Kit's knowledge of history is incredible. He took our pictures with his phone and emailed them to us the same day. He had quite the artistic eye for photos.
Would have been great if more details about the trip had been available before purchasing. For example, the size of the car was luxurious but expensive for one person. Also, did not really want to see the Balin palace ground. Luckily guide cut it short.
We had an absolutely wonderful time with our guide Kit, we learned so much about the history and buildings as we went from site to site - highly recommend this tour! You won't be disappointed!
My girlfriend and I booked a private tour to Ayutthaya and had a fantastic experience. It was seamless from start to finish—getting picked up at our hotel in an AC SUV, having lunch and all entrance fees included made the day stress-free. Our guide, Kit, was excellent, offering clear historical explanations and, just as importantly, knowing exactly where to stand to get the best photos which my girlfriend really really appreciated! Had an excellent private tour today with Ketsiree (Kate) and driver Jub. Pickup from my hotel was right on time. Kate spoke very good english and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The lunch spot was good and included in the tour price. Highly recommend this private tour if you don’t want to deal with a big group!
