Bienvenido a nuestra excursión por la costa de Invergordon Experimente las tierras altas de Escocia desde Invergordon con una compañía turística de 5 estrellas, propiedad de mujeres y operada localmente Nuestro guía y conductor nos permite darle a su grupo la atención que merece. Nuestro guía le acompaña en la mayoría de las paradas y también le damos tiempo libre para disfrutar de la zona. Verás Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns, la ciudad de Inverness y el lago Ness, ¡incluyendo conocer al cazador de monstruos del lago Ness! El tour termina con una visita a Singleton Distillery. También hay una opción adicional en una visita al castillo de cawdor por un suplemento. Entre paradas disfrutar de comentarios expertos sobre la historia, el folclore y las costumbres de la zona, música escocesa, auténticos aperitivos y bebidas, y sobre todo fantástico craic! Itinerario
Te recogeremos en la parada de autobús lanzadera (parada 1) en el puerto de cruceros de Invergordon con una cálida bienvenida a las Highlands, listo para comenzar nuestro día explorando la belleza de las Highlands escocesas. Nuestra guía te encontrará en el autobús con un cartel que muestra tu nombre. ¡Llevarán pantalones azules de tartán!
Nuestra primera parada será Culloden Battlefield. Caminaremos por el campo de batalla mientras aprendemos sobre las atrocidades que ocurrieron aquí el 16 de abril de 1746. Las ondas de la batalla todavía se sienten en las Tierras Altas hoy y nuestro guía explicará con pasión cómo cambió nuestra cultura para siempre. Te llevarán a un gran mirador y te mostrarán dónde estaban las tropas enfrentadas antes de que los jacobitas fueran masacrados. También se le mostrará la improvisada casa de campo del hospital, los monumentos funerarios y otros puntos de interés antes de tener un poco de tiempo libre para absorber el ambiente de este sitio histórico inquietante. Hay baños en esta parada para su comodidad.
Nuestra segunda parada es el antiguo enterramiento de Clava Cairns. Maravíllate con estos cairns de la edad de bronce y toca las piedras de pie mientras el guía explica cómo y por qué estas estructuras se construyeron hace 4000 años. Aprenda cómo los victorianos romantizaron y cambiaron los paisajes de Clava, e imagine cómo solía ser en el año 2000 a.C. Sigue los pasos de las antiguas culturas escocesas y trata de reunir los misterios que dejaron atrás.
Nuestro guía turístico local le dará un breve recorrido a pie por el centro de la ciudad de su ciudad natal de Inverness (o Inversnecky como lo llaman los lugareños), incluyendo sitios históricos, arquitectura, y el arrendador conoce joyas e historias que solo los lugareños conocen. Vea el pub más antiguo, visite un sitio donde soldados jacobitas fueron ejecutados después de la Batalla de Culloden y obtenga una gran vista del castillo recién renovado. Luego le dará tiempo libre para tomar un café o almuerzo en un lugar de su elección. Nuestra guía, por supuesto, dará algunas grandes recomendaciones. No queremos que te sientas apresurado durante esta parada y te daremos tiempo para experimentar realmente la ciudad.

Su grupo terminará su gira con una visita a The Singleton Distillery. Aquí se puede disfrutar de un dram en el bar y navegar por la tienda de regalos y tableros informativos (Viaje a la destilería no incluido)

Llegaremos en nuestro Tartan Trailblazer Minibus unos 10 minutos antes de la salida. Si te van a recoger en el puerto de cruceros te estaremos esperando al otro lado de la carretera en los semáforos. ¡Tendremos una tabla con tu nombre y llevaremos pantalones de tartán azul brillante!

This was a FANTASTIC tour and I highly recommend it! We were a family of 11 ranging in age from 8 to 84 and one of our members needed to use a walker (rollator). Our driver and tour guide were so responsive to everyone’s needs. They surprised us with small Scottish treats along the way sampling cookies and soda we don’t have in the US. Our time off the ship was tight and they made sure we could visit everything we wanted to see. The kids in our group loved visiting the castles. My parents were so impressed with the tour guide and her knowledge. The driver was so kind and a fantastic driver on those small Scottish roads. And they both made sure to help my mom who has mobility difficulties. The value is likewise fantastic and definitely so much better than going through the cruise tours… cheaper and small group instead of on a giant bus. Thank you to Mags and Michelle for giving all of us an unforgettable day as a family!
The ladies were knowledgeable, friendly and very accomodating. The passion for their town and heritage evident with an array of interesting facts mixed with humour and stories. Felt like we were spending time with friends rather than a tour. Would thoroughly recommend!!! We were a family of 6 with ages from 16 to 83 and all we entertained the whole day. Great day ladies!!!!
Great tour! Finela and Michelle put on a very relaxed, informative almost complete tour despite our truncated schedule due to a passport inspection for our entire ship by the UK immigration force. Funny, down to earth, knowledgeable and passionately interested in the cultural and natural history of Scotland. Two thumbs up!
Michelle communicated with me and answered questions. She advised me on putting a proper itinerary together. Today she and Finella fulfilled our wish list. They were on time and had given us directions the day prior. Our group of 10 loved the attention they gave us. Finella shared wonderful history and personal stories. Michelle drove like a pro. We had the most amazing day!! Finella & Michelle are the best. From the minute they picked us up to drop off was so easy. Every stop explained and showed us what we wanted to see and more . We tried local goodies and got a close up and personal with some Highland Coos .We loved these two .

A fantastic experience! We are a Spanish family, and although most of us speak English, the team made a great effort to provide some explanations in Spanish during the tour. We were traveling with a 4-year-old kid, and they had a lovely gesture with her, which we really appreciated. They also kindly offered us some snacks along the way. Such friendly people who truly enjoy what they do — we would definitely recommend them!

What a great day! Everything was so easy with Finella and Michelle. They were friendly and personable from the very beginning, picking us up and taking us on a full-day tour.
