Con magníficas cadenas montañosas, valles profundos, cuevas misteriosas, vegetación exuberante, cascadas y pilares de piedra envueltos en niebla, el Parque Forestal Nacional Zhangjiajie de Hunan es un paraíso de belleza natural. En este tour de un día completo, su guía se reunirá con usted a las 9:00 am en el lobby de su hotel en el centro de la ciudad de Zhangjiajie o en el hotel de Wulingyuan, luego visitaremos diferentes áreas montañosas como Tianzi Mountian, donde el teleférico más largo del mundo lo lleva a la cima de la montaña , y la singular montaña Yuanjiajie en forma de plataforma. Hay más de 500 especies de vida silvestre y vegetación en el Parque Forestal Nacional de Zhangjiajie, incluidos monos raros, árboles gingko y miles de pájaros coloridos. Las características geográficas más notables del parque son sus cientos de imponentes pilares de arenisca. El área de interés panorámico e histórico de Wulingyuan, que se encuentra al norte de la ciudad de Zhangjiajie, es una atracción turística encantadora. Cuando compre los boletos de entrada al parque principal, tomará un autobús de enlace (20 minutos en automóvil) hasta la estación del cable de la montaña Tianzi y deberá subir los 200 escalones para llegar a la estación.
Después del viaje en teleférico de 20 minutos, llegará a la cima de la montaña Tianzi y luego tomaremos un autobús de enlace nuevamente (5 minutos en automóvil) hasta el área central de la montaña Tianzi, que ofrece impresionantes vistas de los picos, que se elevan uno tras otro. Se le conoce como 'el Monarca del Bosque Pico'. En la cima de la montaña, los visitantes pueden ver toda la extensión del área escénica de Wulingyuan. Hermosas escenas de la montaña saludan a los visitantes en diferentes estaciones. Hay cuatro maravillas: el Mar de Nubes, el Resplandor de la Luz de la Luna, los Rayos de Sol y la Nieve en invierno.
Es los lugares escénicos destacados en Yangjiajie. Deben pasar una plataforma y tres puertas antes de llegar a la cima de la aldea repleta. Hay tres picos en la parte superior del pueblo, donde se pueden ver paisajes lejanos y cercanos. Esta aldea repleta se encuentra en una posición estratégica que es fácil de defender y difícil de conquistar, y ha sido el lugar donde los bandidos se han atrincherado.
Ubicada en el área escénica de Yangjiajie, Zhangjiajie Tianbofu Scenic Reserve es una reserva escénica magnífica y encantadora con muchos acantilados empinados y angulares. Las escenas fantásticas se esconden entre las montañas de piedra y los acantilados. Después de Yuanjiajie (montaña Avatar), tomará un servicio de transporte (15 minutos en automóvil) y se dirigirá al elevador Bailong. Bailong Elevator es muy magnífico. La altura total es de 335 metros (1099 pies), de los cuales la altura de carrera es de 326 metros (1069 pies). 154 metros (505 pies) de la altura total se encuentran en los pozos de montaña y el resto de 172 metros (564 pies) estaba compuesto por torres de perforación de acero y otros componentes. El Ascensor incluye tres ascensores turísticos expuestos que funcionan en paralelo. Cada ascensor puede llevar 50 pasajeros cada vez y la velocidad es de 3 m/s (la velocidad se ha acelerado a 5 m/s desde 2013). Si los tres ascensores funcionan simultáneamente, la cantidad de pasajeros de ida llegará a 4.000 por hora.
Golden Whip Stream (Jinbian Stream) es famoso por su agua prístina, sus verdes montañas, sus escarpados acantilados y su sereno valle. Como un verdadero “paraíso” para las plantas, sus caminos están adornados por una abundancia de flores, árboles y pastos. Y también es un reino de animales. Golden Whip Stream lleva el nombre de Golden Whip Crag, su lugar emblemático, y se extiende desde Laomo Bay hasta Shui Rao Si Men (puertas rodeadas de agua). Caminará alrededor de una hora a lo largo del Golden Whip Stream, luego tomará un servicio de transporte para salir del parque y regresar al hotel.

Flora was an amazing guide, very attentive, helpful and went out of the way several times for us.. we managed to even see a lesser known tourist spot at Zhangjiaji forest park! We had a great time.
The weather for this tour was not cooperating with us. It was rainy and had such a heavy fog that we could not see much of anything! Our guide tried so hard to get us good views though. She even brought us to a secret place that zero tourists were to try to see something and it ended up working out! Just as we were giving up hope the clouds started to lift for just a few mins. When we did have views, our guide Flora took AMAZING photos and videos of us. This tour was not rushed at all. She helped us order lunch and coffee when we got hungry. The only thing is this tour is designed to start at the east gate. Our hotel was located at the west gate so if you book this tour, make sure you stay near the east gate. We did have to pay an additional small fee because of that. All in all we really enjoyed our day and our experience with our guide.
Chris has been a kind tour guide, making the visit really enjoyable. He was nice to help us get the train tickets for the following day, as well as purchasing the ones for the Fairy Fox show. Really recommended.
The forest was amazing. Our tour guide was in the hotel lobby 1 hour before, and shared the facts about the Forest. Took us to places were we could have better view and take photos. He was really great. The forest was out of this world! Just wow
Booked this tour as it has a very good itinerary. Communication from the tour operator was very clear and my tour guide Roseanna was lovely. She picked me up at my hotel and helped me with navigating all the different busses we needed to get on. She suggested some additional places to visit and helped me to arrange all tickets. If you just have one day in the park, I highly recommend to book a tour, it’s easy to get lost and loose a lot if time trying to find the right bus. With a guide it’s super quick and you will be able to see a lot more. Queues can be long at Bailong and for me this was the least interesting I have seem on the trip, 10sec elevator ride wasn’t the highlight of the day, but the additional trip to the fields in the sky was more then worth it. I was lucky to have no rain and no clouds, so could see the fields clearly. I highly recommend. Even if Golden Whip stream is in the itinerary, I only got to see the end of it and did not walk along it as there was no time. Overall great experience, scenery is as mysterious as all the online pictures.
Eric was amazing! He picked me up at my hotel and lead me on a journey I shall never forget! Zhangjiajie is beyond anything I have ever seen or experienced before. It's beyond words; a place where heaven and earth converge, a poetry of words and I'm extremely grateful that Eric was the one to guide me on the discovery of beautiful Zhangjiajie. He is very knowledgeable, Kind and a grand host of the park. Eric is truly amazing. At the end of my perfect experience he became a friend! Thank you so much!
I had this tour on January 8th, 2020. During the middle of the winter, where Zhangjiajie is liable to have foggy rainy weather - which does not lend itself well to the beautiful photos many people post of summer time in the park. With that being said, I had a truly wonderful time. My guide spoke good English for a non-native speaker. I could hold a conversation with him and he was very knowledgable about details of the park (ie: when it opened, types of rocks within the formations, info on the ethnic minorities in the park, etc). He was very kind and did his best to keep me dry despite me having a raincoat. He also had a good eye for where to take photos and how to take them! The tour was not walking intensive, utilizing the intrapark bus service often. This was simultaneously nice and disappointing for a young guy like me who likes to hike but was also two weeks into a cross China trek. After the tour he showed me where to eat, as I had worked up an appetite. And after eating he escorted me to my hotel via a taxi which was paid for by him. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. Get up early and get to the park especially during busy seasons. I think two people plus the guide is an ideal number of people ($115 each). Keep in mind this does NOT include the glass bridge which, frankly, I thought was overrated.
Our guide, Shirley, was awesome taking us to all the beautiful sights in the park. It was drizzling early in the morning and she kindly adjusted the itinerary to ensure we maximized the day's visit around the park starting off with a trek at to the Golden Whip Stream before heading out to the elevator and Avatar Mountains viewing area. Beautiful!
We had only one full day in Zhangjiajie and we did not want to miss the main spots of the park. Thanks to Eric, we could see everything we dreamed of, it was breathtaking. Without him, you cannot do it all in one day, it is a real advantage and he was an excellent guide! Very good english!
We only had a day to visit the national park, and in my opinion, it was just enough. IWe hired this company via getyourguide, and we absolutely don1t regret. We confirmed the pickup time the day before, and the guide was puntcually meeting us. We were taken in a private car all the way to the park. It's absolutely necessary to have a guide, the park is huge and you can get easily lost, take the wrong bus, and miss out all the important attractions if you don't know exactly where you're going. Also, the guide knows different ways through the park, less crowded and equally beautiful areas, where large groups don't go. I highly recommend this service, since the guide was a nice man, good english, took us to amazing places and was a really nice company. I would do it again for sure.
