Not sure where the problems occurred - but this was not the tour we booked, Not at least the part we were on. We cut the tour short. Our guide was very nice and accommodating but we saw NONE of the points of interest listed in the tour description - not the Langkawi Skybridge Cable Car - not the Rams Home Decor - not Eagle Square and not Mahsuri's Tomb. Maybe we would have gotten to them if we continued. We did go on the Mangrove tour (which was NOT on this Interary) for an unexpected additional fee that was almost as much as the whole tour itself. Then we went to the Bat Cave? which was also not on the itinerary and was also an additional fee. At this point we realized that our guide was well intention but didn't know the tour we had booked, We told him to take us back. A semi -wasted day at twice the expected cost.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. In response to your review let me clarify to you how I see the issue. As the guide fetched you up at 8.40 am from the port, most of the attractions in Langkawi were still closed as their operating hours is at 9.30am-8pm daily. The guide attempted to fill your free time with other attractions that might entertain you. Sadly, he could not explain to you the current situation and he could not catch up your inconvenience related to his attempts that tried to make you happy. You cut short the trip without explain to the guide about your unhappiness and you missed the attractions as stated in the descriptions. This led to miscommunication between you and the guide. We strive for 100% satisfaction with every booking we had. I am sorry if our effort does not met your expectation. I hope we can make things right and this won’t deter you from visiting us again in the future!
