Si bien muchos tours tienen capacidad para 20-40 personas por guía, le brindamos una experiencia privada y personal para una atención más personal, comodidad y seguridad. Viaja desde San Juan en un vehículo con aire acondicionado y explora los exuberantes senderos de El Yunque con tu guía certificado. Aprende sobre la historia, cultura y vida silvestre de la selva tropical mientras te diriges al río. Disfrute de toboganes acuáticos naturales, columpios de cuerda y piscinas cristalinas con cascos y chalecos salvavidas de alta calidad incluidos. A diferencia de otros tours de El Yunque que pueden durar más de 7 horas debido a las multitudes y largas esperas, nuestra experiencia estratégicamente cronometrada de 5 horas evita retrasos. En el tour de la tarde, puede ver otros grupos, pero nunca largas filas o cuellos de botella caóticos. Disfrute de El Yunque sin prisas, sin estrés, solo naturaleza pura, aventura y un guía que realmente se preocupe.

Itinerario
Para comenzar nuestra increíble aventura, nuestro guía lo recogerá en su hotel, resort, residencia o airbnb preferido en San Juan, Isla Verde y Condado (aunque los hoteles en Río Grande o Fajardo pueden no calificar, podemos organizar un punto de encuentro conveniente cerca de su alojamiento para su tranquilidad y comodidad). El horario será de 7:00 a 12:00 horas o de 12:00 a 17:00 horas. Ambos horarios han sido elegidos estratégicamente para evitar las aglomeraciones creadas por los grandes grupos de otras empresas para que sea más cómodo y seguro para ti.
A su llegada, nuestro guía turístico certificado lo llevará a través de este increíble lugar secreto de "El Yunque". En esta área explorarás a través de los senderos de barro y el exuberante verde de la selva tropical. La caminata durará aproximadamente 1,5 millas en total y tomará aproximadamente veinte minutos para llegar a la primera zona de baño y otros quince minutos caminando sobre rocas para llegar al tobogán de agua. Pasaremos alrededor de 2 horas dentro de la selva tropical donde nadaremos, nos balancearemos en la cuerda como Tarzán, nos deslizaremos por un tobogán natural, nos refrescaremos bajo la cascada y saltaremos desde diferentes acantilados.
Una vez finalizada la experiencia cada miembro del grupo será llevado de regreso a su alojamiento o punto de encuentro.

Por motivos de seguridad no se permite la participación a personas con sobrepeso, lesiones previas, embarazo o problemas de salud. Se requerirá evidencia de edad mediante licencia o certificado de nacimiento para garantizar el cumplimiento de estos requisitos. Además, no se harán excepciones ni reembolsos a quienes incumplan estas condiciones.
- Los participantes deben ser físicamente capaces de caminar por superficies empinadas, rocosas, embarradas e irregulares sin ayuda.
- Este tour opera según las condiciones climáticas y del río. En caso de mal tiempo, se le ofrecerá la opción de reprogramar o reembolsar.
- Es obligatorio el uso de chaleco salvavidas y casco.
- Los sábados la caminata es alrededor de 15 minutos más larga ya que partimos desde un punto diferente.
- Tours Hacker se reserva el derecho de admisión - Si una persona parece estar bajo la influencia de alcohol o drogas, no sigue instrucciones, causa interrupciones o proporciona información falsa, como mentir sobre su edad, el guía tiene el derecho de cancelar su reserva. en cualquier momento. Debido a la naturaleza de la actividad —que involucra caminatas, contacto con el agua y movimiento constante en un ambiente natural— recomendamos encarecidamente que los participantes no traigan objetos personales a menos que sea absolutamente necesario. Si bien permitimos el uso de anteojos recetados para aquellos que los necesitan para la visión, todos los demás artículos personales deben dejarse en un lugar seguro antes de la excursión.
- Exención de responsabilidad: Nuestra empresa NO se hace responsable de la pérdida, daño o extravío de cualquier objeto personal durante la excursión. Entendemos que la naturaleza del tour implica actividades que pueden aumentar el riesgo de perder elementos, como caminar en terreno irregular, nadar en el río, deslizarse sobre rocas y saltar al agua. Si un participante elige traer objetos personales, lo hace bajo su propio riesgo. No podremos detener la excursión para buscar objetos perdidos en el bosque o río. I cannot say enough amazing things about our private El Yunque tour with Tours Hacker and our guide, Javier. This was hands down one of the BEST experiences of our entire vacation and a day our family will never forget! We did it ALL — waterfalls, natural water slides, rope swings, beautiful scenery, and so many fun adventures along the way. But what really made the experience incredible was Javier. He was knowledgeable, patient, fun, attentive, and made the entire day feel completely personalized to our family. One of my favorite memories was watching Javier help my mom make it all the way to the waterfall! I honestly wasn't sure she would be able to do it, but he was so patient and encouraging with her and made sure she felt safe the entire way. Beeing with her there was such a special family moment and something I will always remember. Javier also knew exactly where to go, how to make the most of our time, and made the entire experience feel like an adventure with a friend rather than just another organized tour. We laughed, explored, challenged ourselves, and made some incredible family memories. It was my ten year's old first hike, and honestly without Javier it would not have been possible. She did amazing! We travel quite a bit and have done many tours and excursions, and this one truly stands out. Michael was such an excellent and interesting guide, I am very glad that we booked with them. He clearly cares deeply about the rainforest and the experience of his guests - I am happy we were able to see this beautiful environment through his eyes. This park can get crowded, and after an initial rounding of the corner and seeing so many people we were initially hit with ‘what have we done’ - as this is the experience we were not after. But Michael graciously navigated us through and we quickly forgot and almost appreciated the others around us. It’s clear that all the other guides knew and respected him and we couldn’t have selected a better guide. The private tour here is the best choice.

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. I have two sons and we tried to see as much of the great Island as we possibly could. The trip we booked with Tours Hacker was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guides who also became our friends, Javier and his son were top notch! The tour was so fun and Michael was amazing!! More scrambling and climbing than anticipated, which was great for us, but something to keep in mind for older people. Michael was also very knowledgeable and shared fun facts about the rainforest, plants and reptiles. I recommend leaving any big jewelry at home because you will be using your hands to climb and your earrings might get stuck on the helmet when you're going down the water slides.

We so enjoyed our private tour with Adrian. He was knowledgeable about the area and very fun to explore with. The natural water slides were amazing and waterfalls were beautiful. The tour company was very easy to work with and the communication was great. We loved it.

I’m so glad we booked the smaller group tour (we had 6 total people vs’ groups of 20+ that we passed). We had an amazing and unique experience with this tour! From start to finish our guide Michael was professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the rainforest and pointed out interesting things along the hike. We were also given protective gear for the hike, which many other tours didn’t seem to have. Michael made sure that we all were safe at every point and even cheered us on to encourage big jumps off the cliffs! He took pics of everything and sent them to us so we could just enjoy and not need our phones. The whole trip was unbelievable, my teens had a blast, and although we are gettting older as parents we did conquer the tough climb up the rocks to slide down the falls (with Michael’s help of course)!

If you do any tour while in Puerto Rico, do this one! Our guide Michael, was absolutely hands-down the best we’ve ever had on any vacation. He was thoughtful, engaging, made sure he put safety first, and most of all allowed us to have a lot of fun. There were only four of us on this tour and with life vests on, we swam through caves and did some cliff jumping. We were able to stand in the water, so don’t worry. Transport was on time and easy, and the tour was well worth the price. It was an unforgettable experience that my two teen children, husband, and I will never forget.

This was a phenomenal experience. It was great especially bc it was a private group, in an air conditioned car picked us up right from the San Juan cruise port. The father and son duo of tour guides were knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. The son took all our pictures and videos on a nice camera so we didn’t need to carry a thing. We got to do the water slide, rope swing jump and cliff jumps. The hike was definitely not for the out of shape though, we did have some climbing and rocks were slippery in some areas so I wouldn’t recommend for elderly or disabled. I am not very fit and had to stop for quick breaks but it was worth the effort to get to the waterfall and slide. I highly recommend!
