Our tour was led by Craig, whose extensive knowledge and local background made our day truly exceptional. What stood out most was his willingness to customize the itinerary to match our interests and preferences. We began with a visit to the Falls of Shin, followed by a quick stop at the Million Dollar View before continuing on to Dunrobin Castle. There, we had plenty of time to tour the castle, stroll through the magnificent gardens, and enjoy an impressive demonstration featuring birds of prey, including hawks and falcons. We then traveled to Royal Dornoch Golf Club and had lunch in the charming town of Dornoch. After lunch, we enjoyed a dram at both Balblair Distillery and Glenmorangie Distillery. With just enough time remaining, we visited Tain and explored the Viking graves at St Duthus Collegiate Church before returning to our ship right on schedule. If you are considering a tour with Craig, expect a wonderful day filled with history, scenery, local culture, and personalized service. Highly recommended!
We had the most wonderful day with Craig. He picked us up from the port in Invergordon and showed us so many fantastic sides including waterfalls, castles, little beautiful villages, whisky distillery’s and much more. He is full of so much knowledge and it’s been a real pleasure. We would always book again and can really recommend Craig 😊
Our tour guide Bob M, was wonderful! He had a great sense of humor and was a perfect fit for us. Bob was knowledgeable, funny and easy going. We visited Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns, Loch Ness, city center and saw the Heiland Coos, (Bob even brought carrots so the cows we come close for a snack!). It was a great day. Thanks so much!!
Colin was a knowledgeable guide who customized our excursion to meet the needs of an older couple with back problems. However, we did not miss a thing! The harder sites to visit we saw and the others we visited. Thank you, Colin for helping me research my family at Culloden and for introducing us to single malt whiskey at a distillery. Who knew we would like it enough to buy 3 bottles. We look forward to returning to see more of the Highlands with you.
Fabulous tour with Craig. He picked us up at the port when our ship docked at 8 am. He tailored the tour to us and we loved it. Our group was everything from children to someone with mobility issues. Craig was amazing with everyone. I highly recommend him!!!
Best tour ever! Craig was the best and most informative tour professional! He took us on an amazing Outlander journey and showed us the beautiful countryside and we even searched for Nessie! We also stopped at the Singleton Distillery for a wee dram of whiskey! Definitely book this trip with Craig if you are wanting genuine Scottish Highland adventure!
Excellent time on this tour with Craig. Highly recommend going with him. Very knowledgeable and was very versatile on what we wanted to do. Very personable and information throughout the tour. Thanks Again!
this was one of the best tours we have ever taken! Craig was a wonderful guide who was very knowledgeable and communicative. he knew a lot about local history and culture and plied us with many unique stories and the best fish and chips lunch ever!
Wonderful trip! Craig was an excellent guide and storyteller. He had a number of interesting facts and tales associated with each stop. Tailored his points of interest to our interests. Our only suggest with the road noise a small mic system for use in the car would have made sure we captured every comment.
Hello and thank you for the excellent review - point taken about the Mic, I have since acquired a little public address system for the vehicle although this makes my voice sound very odd ! Best regards and very welcome back anytime,
